Pray, and be prayed over,
We have moved the time for praying with our prayer team from after the service to
the start of worship. If concerns are weighing on your heart, join the Sunday worship Zoom session at 9:45 and ask in the chat box to join the “prayer room.” Members of our prayer team will welcome you, lay virtual hands upon you, and help you find the healing power of God’s love.
Wednesday, June 17
as we explore the stories of women in the Bible –
This week we examine the lives of Ruth (Ruth), the women of Bethlehem (Ruth 1:19, 4:14-15,17) and Hannah (1 Samuel 1-2).
Joining Jesus Capital Campaign Update
We are in the final days of our Joining Jesus Campaign, our capital and program funding effort that celebrates 60 years of St. Andrew’s as a parish! The parish that we enjoy today is the result of decades of dedication by those who came before us. The Campaign helps us to honor this dedication and faithfully steward our resources for the future.
As Jim Dodington, one of our campaign leaders, shared last Sunday (click
for his message), the good news is that, to date, we have received written commitments for over 90% of our $400,000 goal for this campaign. The generosity of those who have already pledged their support for St. Andrew’s ministries and facilities, as well as our joint undertakings with the ECCT, has been tremendous.
As we close out this initiative, we ask all of you to consider participat-ing. Support is most welcome at any level of giving, whether as a one-time gift, or as a commitment spread over time.
Please return all completed campaign forms to the Church by Monday, June 15
Please feel free to contact our campaign co-chairs Lauren and Jim Dodington and Laura and Bill Downes with any questions you may have, or to obtain a pledge form.
