Federal judge denies Visa's motion to be dismissed from the case.

A federal judge denies Visa's motion to be dismissed from a case against them and MindGeek which alleges that Visa engaged in a criminal conspiracy to monetize CSEM.

In a state on that ruling, a Visa spokesperson states: "This pre-trial ruling is disappointing and mischaracterizes Visa's role and policy practices." Visa continues to believe that "Visa is an improper defendant in this case."
