Have you heard the good news? We’ve created a team of specially trained team members to answer all of your small group (2-99 enrollees) questions. In addition, this team serves brokers and groups with 100+ enrollees with manual group enrollment changes & COBRA, website access adds/terms, and broker appointments/changes.

With this new team, you will no longer need to reach out to multiple departments to get all of your questions answered. Delta Dental Hub will be your one-stop, go-to resource for help and rapid response to any questions you may have regarding your Delta Dental benefits, new products, group administration, billing, and more.

Phone System Update

Delta Dental of Colorado has updated its phone system to better serve our customers. We encourage you to listen carefully to menu options as they have changed.

One-Off Enrollment Request Checklist

With open enrollment around the corner, we want to encourage you to use the enrollment form available on our website. If you need direct assistance from one of our Delta Dental Hub team members with one-off enrollments, please email deltadentalhub@ddpco.com. Be sure to include all of the information outlined in the attached checklist in your email. Including all the information in your email will make the process more seamless for you and quicker for your enrollee. If you have any questions, please contact deltadentalhub@ddpco.com.
Encourage Your Employees to Create a Member Account on Our Secure Member Portal Today!

If you and your employees haven't done so already, now is the time to create a member account on our secure member portal at deltadentalco.com.

Setting up your account is simple, just follow the steps found here. Once your account is set up, you can view your benefits prior to setting up appointments and procedures, access your ID card, check the status of your claims, get estimated costs on procedures, and so much more!
Risk Group Retroactive Terminations

Retroactive terminations for risk groups will be processed for up to six months (and/or to the date of service of last claim in history) determined by the date of the last bill run. For example, if the retroactive termination request was processed in April before the month’s bill run (the 7th business day of the month), then the six months would go back to October. If the retroactive termination request was processed in April after the bill run, then the six months would go back to November.
Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation Announces Dental Hygiene Grants

Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation (DDCOF) recently announced four grants totaling nearly $5 million over four years dedicated to expanding and diversifying dental hygiene programs across the state in partnership with Colorado’s higher education system.

Grants were awarded to Front Range Community College, Community College of Denver, Colorado Mountain College, and Pikes Peak State College. At a recent event, Governor Jared Polis, Delta Dental of Colorado President and CEO Helen Drexler, and Paola Hernandez, a student from Pikes Peak State College, spoke about the impacts these grants will have in communities across Colorado. By partnering with these schools, we’re creating pathways for students to earn a degree as registered dental hygienists, a more diverse oral health care workforce, and more equitable access to oral health care for all Coloradans!
