D uring February Sikeston's Daughters of Sunset will host a display on local and regional Black history at the Sikeston Depot Museum & Gallery. Open 10 AM-4 PM, Tuesday-Saturday, 116 W. Malone.
National Quilt Month Display
March 2017
National Quilt Month Exhibition
View over 30 quilts displaying various techniques including heirloom quality hand-pieced works of art, as well as those of modern form and design. On March 18, Bootheel Quilters Guild will give live quilting demonstrations.  Held at the Sikeston Depot Museum & Gallery, 116 W. Malone, Sikeston. Sikeston St. Patty_s Day Celebration _ Homebrew Contest

St. Patrick's Day Celebration & Homebrew Contest
Top brewers from the three-state area will compete for honors during our celebration.  In addition to sampling craft beers created by private and commercial brewers enjoy live music and great food.  There is a playground on site for this family and dog-friendly event. Held 11 AM-4 PM in Malone Park, 200 W. Center Street, Sikeston.  Call 573-380-3801 for entry information.(Event held rain or shine)

St. Patty's 5K Run for Special Olympics
Start your St. Patty's celebration with a 5K run through Sikeston's Historic Homes District, followed by music and great food at the Homebrew Contest. Runners receive discount on Homebrew Contest tickets. Registration begins at 8 AM, Legion Park, 115 E. Front Street. All proceeds go to the Special Olympics.

Kenny Rogers Children's Center Telethon
Join us for 2 days of fun and entertainment.  All events held at the Sikeston Field House, 200 Pine St. Enjoy a Pancake Breakfast, 5K Run/1 Mile Walk, "Super Hero" Dog Show, Telethon's Got Talent Finalist Competition, Fish Fry and Silent Auction. For more information go to  Telethon Details. All proceeds go to the Kenny Rogers Children's Center. The Center serves special-needs children and their families from the 3-state area.

4th Annual Sikeston Regional Women's Show
