|
From there, you’ll head toward the
Clock Tower
, a great place to meet up with your friends. Turn onto Bank Street you’ll see
C.G. O’Kelly Library
on your left and
Blair Hall
on your right. Straight ahead is the iconic
statue
of the university’s founder Dr. Simon Green Atkins.
|
|
As you continuing walking, you will pass several classroom and administrative buildings including
Diggs Art Gallery
,

One place you’ll be spending a lot of time is

UCaLL
(University College and Lifelong Learning) where you can meet with your advisor, access tutoring and writing support, and find out more about international programs and career development services.
|
|
You are now entering the Campus Core. When you leave
Hill Hal

Most first-year and transfer students live in
Atkins
,
Brown
,
Covington
, or
Martin-Schexnider (MSX)
residence halls.
Move-In Days
are always an exciting time for first-year and transfer students. Upperclassmen, faculty, and staff all turn out to help you move your things and get settled in your new home.

After lunch it’s time to head over to the
Albert H. Anderson Center
which has the ever-important
Admissions Office
. Anderson is home to several departments including education, human service studies, and health, physical education and sport studies.
|
|
Your health and safety are very important to us. You’ll find the
A.H. Ray Student Health Services
tucked behind Anderson Center. They offer health services, counseling, and pharmacy services. The
Campus Police and Public Safety
building is located back near the campus core. WSSU Campus Police work closely with the WSSU community to create strong bonds and build trust among everyone on campus. They host informative and fun
student-focused special events
throughout the year.
There’s definitely more to the campus.
