Red Beans and Rice Recipe

Spring has sprung and what better dish to welcome a new season than red beans and rice. This is a recipe straight out of New Orleans.

Project Open Hand serves lunches 7 days a week at 66 Raymond Ave. Meals are FREE. Seniors may give a $2 donation, but it is not required. Non-seniors and visitors are required to pay $6 per meal.
