SVH employees can earn extra cash by helping recruit new hires | |
Sierra Vista Hospital is always looking for great people to join our team, and you can help!
Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that hires who come into our organization through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with us longer and are more cost effective to recruit.
If you know someone you think would be a great addition to our organization and they meet the qualifications for an existing open requisition, refer them to our careers page to apply.
If you refer someone for employment and they are hired, your referral could be worth money.
- Registered Nurses referrals are worth $1,000.00
- All other position referrals are worth $500.00
Refer candidates who meet the qualifications to our HR department by having the candidate complete the online application. The candidate must list you as the referral source on the application, and you must submit the Candidate Referral Form to HR before the candidate applies.
If your candidate is hired within six months, you will be awarded half of the referral bonus (less taxes) within 90 days of their hire date and the other half of the referral bonus (less taxes) at the completion of 180 days!

Hello Everyone,
As part of our efforts to make 2022 the best year yet at Sierra Vista Hospital, we introduced introduce the Re-Charge Room in February.
Employees who are using the Re-Charge Room have reported back that a short break in the massage chair makes a huge impact on reducing overall stress levels.
Lots of available time still exists, so take advantage of this workplace perk and encourage your coworkers to do the same.
There will be a daily sign-in sheet where you can reserve the room for 10 minutes.
Please be mindful of others and remember to:
· Knock before you enter the room and change the door sign
· Keep your private session to only 10 mins.
· Be quiet while in the room
· No food or beverages allowed
· No scents or smells of any kind

· BE CALM & RE-CHARGE!
Sincerely,
