"The Lord has done it... let us rejoice today and be glad."

VitaKidz in Haiti!

After four long months of working with government officials, customs brokers and local ministries, God has done it! All 170,000 life-changing VitaKidz meals have been released to our OTB team in Haiti, and are now being distributed to hungry children.

There were moments when we wondered if we had somehow misunderstood God's leading. Had we taken on an impossible mission? We had heard the ministry leaders in Haiti pleading for food for their children. We prayed and believed God was calling us to send the meals. We shared the need, and through your incredible generosity, God provided the funding almost immediately. Yet as the weeks stretched into months, it became easy to doubt. But our staff persevered, you faithfully prayed, and in His perfect timing, God made a way. Now thousands of children will be fed in Jesus' name!

Thank you again for your generous giving and your prayers. This has been, and will continue to be, a spiritual battle. These meals will not just change thousands of Haitian children physically. The meals will show a generation that God hears, He cares, and He acts. These children, their parents, and their leaders, will see and experience the power of God through His miraculous provision. And lives will be changed forever.

May God be glorified in Haiti, and may He raise up a generation of strong believers to lead this country to Him. (More photos to follow as we continue distribution.)

Let's feed the whole neighborhood in Tijuana

Last month, our Super Kitchen in Tijuana, Mexico began providing hot meals to six new ministry partners, each with their own amazing story. One of those partners is Lo Mejor del Trigo, led by Pastora Tabita. Located on the rapidly growing eastern edge of Tijuana, her ministry serves children living in makeshift homes with dirt floors. In the midst of great poverty, Tabita has created a place of hope for these children.

Tabita is a bold believer who has seen God work miracles and heal diseases, and who faithfully shares Jesus with everyone she meets. In fact, 22 years ago she knocked on a young couple's door to share the Gospel with them. That couple was Mario and Maralina, who now lead the OTB kitchen in Tijuana, and who now get to provide meals to support the ministry of their "spiritual mother!"

When I visited Tabita a few weeks ago, she shared that she had only invited children from one side of her street, and already was giving out all the meals we provided. She added that in July and August, even more kids would be hungry since they would not be receiving a meal at school. She humbly asked if we could provide more meals so she could invite the rest of the neighborhood. What a joy to be able to say yes, absolutely!

Thank you for making it possible for us to say "yes" and bring meals and the message of Jesus' salvation to more children in Tijuana.

May God bless you, and thank you for your generous support.

Mark your calendars for Friday, October 2!

Tickets to our Annual Fundraiser will be available in July.
