Vital Living News

January 2026

Vital Living supports an intergenerational community that values and respects everyone, increases understanding and engagement, and focuses on health and well-being for all generations.

Celebrating the New Year & Resilience

Can you believe we are already entering 2026!? As we process all that's happened this past year, both good and bad, we are reminded of how much can happen in one year. Just as winter teaches us to overcome the cold, we can use this time to restrengthen our spirits and remind ourselves of how much we are capable of. The warmth will return again.

We hope you all stay safe this year and are able to fortify yourselves for the upcoming celebrations & challenges of the new year. The Vital Living program is looking to the lessons that nature has to offer as a firm reminder to stay hopeful and resilient despite harsh winds, snowstorms, or uncertain outcomes. Thank you all for helping to be our secure structure as we weather the storm.

Sincerely,

The Vital Living Team

Vital Living Guided Meditation

Take a moment to relax with a guided audio meditation! During high-stress times, it's too easy to let self-care fall by the wayside.

If caregiving for a relative, partner, neighbor, friend, or child is causing difficult emotions, contact our Vital Living team at VitalLiving@esns.org for support and resources.
