ORDER PROCESSING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer,
 
We are updating our order processing and customer service procedures. These updates will help us ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and that costly mistakes for both parties are avoided. Effective immediately, please follow the following process. 

ORDER PROCESSING:  
  1. Email order, preferably in the form of a purchase order, to orders@vitalabs.com. We can provide a blank PO template if needed.
  2. Watch your inbox for a confirmation and sales order which you will need to review for accuracy.
  3. Reply with "order approved" or note any changes that need to be made. The order will not be sent to production until we receive your written approval 
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
 
Please send order inquiries and general questions or concerns to  customerservice@vitalabs.com and a member of our customer service or sales team will respond as quickly as possible. Please note that once an order is approved, our production time typically runs 7 to 10 business days.
