As we move forward in navigating through this time in our personal and professional lives, we at the Chamber continue to look for resources and communication pieces that help. This week I started off with a Go Live video that had close to 1,000 views, which tells me that the community is listening and wanting as many tools as possible from the Chamber.
Tuesday, I joined forces with Chamber partners from the Fort Collins Area Chamber, Loveland Chamber, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to host a Regional Virtual Town Hall. During this call funding relief information was provided in order to help individuals, their businesses, and employees. With large attendance of 900 people, we saw once again the need to provide platforms for the public to hear first hand from business leaders.
This week we rolled out a 1-pager COVID-19 Resources at a Glance. In collaboration with the City of Greeley and the Greeley Downtown Development Authority, it’s our hope this will help in sifting through all the information and point in the right direction for specific websites.
Friday, we hosted a local Virtual Town Hall featuring a variety of speakers from the Chamber Board of Directors. This included Lisa Hudson from the East Colorado Small Business Development Center, representatives from our local educational institutions, and a healthcare professional.
We continue to update our website and work to provide the most up-to-date information. At greeleychamber.com you will find the resource page, Town Hall recordings, and information on the CARES Act.
It’s our goal to keep people connected and conduct business as usual. This is being accomplished by way of virtual committee meetings.
The Chamber staff is ready and happy to help in providing valuable resources for you...today, tomorrow and in the days to come.
