Dear friends,

Happy Feast of St. Vincent de Paul!

Confreres around the province will be celebrating St. Vincent’s feast with Masses, retreats, and presentations. Both St. John’s and Niagara universities will have a weeklong program highlighted by their Vincentian Convocations. As we reflect together on the life of Vincent, may we continue to be renewed in Vincentian spirituality and mission in the 21st century.

Feast Day Letter from the Superior General

Vocation Video

The Vocation Office of the Province has shared a series of vocation videos featuring the life of our seminarians. This first video, A Day in the LIFE of a Vincentian Seminarian, is an overview of all the videos. In this video, Erick, a Vincentian seminarian, invites us to walk with him and experience the rhythm of seminary life — formed by prayer, study, service, and brotherhood. Many youths ask the question, “What does it mean to give your life to something greater?” This video offers insight to that question. Stay tuned for more videos.

Nuntia

[The Nuntia provides updates on Vincentians from around the globe.]

Click here to read the September 2025 edition of the Nuntia. It was not a surprise to see that, of the 24 priesthood ordinations in June, July, August, and early September, 21 were in the Province of Vietnam.

Tenth Anniversary of the Vincentian Family Office

The Vincentian Family Office invites all of the Vincentian Family to the celebration of its 10th Anniversary, on Saturday, November 22, at The Basilica Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. RSVP by October 15, 2025. Click here to view the invitation with all the details.

May God bless you in the week ahead, and may Our Lady wrap you in her love and grace, drawing you closer to her Son.

Yours in St. Vincent,
