We were honored to receive $5,000 from the Conquer Cancer Coalition. We thank Jonathan and Susan Zuker for their enduring support and partnership. This is the third year Voices of Hope has received this critical funding which allows us to rent our rehearsal space.  Be sure to visit CCC's Garden of Hope at City Hall Plaza, Boston on August 30 when their beautiful garden will be dedicated to Mayor Thomas Mennino.

Godspell was an unqualified success,
playing to a sold out house of over a thousand enthusiastic theater goers.  Thank you to all our cast and crew for making the night so magical.

VOH was pleased to once again perform for The Giving Tree's benefit dinner and auction.  It's one of our special privileges to be able to perform for other non-profits, helping them in their own good works.

Congratulations to all the participants in the our first ever VOH Tennis Tournament! Twenty-four doubles team turned out for a day of fun and friendly competition and we're so grateful to our members: Chrissy Cerretani for organizing the event along with Patti and Bob Beckman, and the delicious catering of Kara McWeeney.  Special thanks to the Town of Reading.  There is already talk of making this an annual event so don't miss this next year!

Spotlight: Check Presentation

During the final rehearsal days for Godspell, members gathered together with representatives of the Termeer Center for our official check presentation. It was the special day we had all worked so hard for. Our many fundraising efforts in 2014 allowed us to donate $62,000 to cancer research, bringing our grand total to $312,000!

With head nurse Erika Rosato and Michelle Filteau speaking to the group, we were gratified to hear real life stories of how targeted therapies are making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. We are encouraged that these kind of successes will translate in finding a cure for even more patients, not only here in the Boston area but beyond. It is what inspires us to continue our fundraising efforts for cancer research, whether that takes the form of our beloved musical productions or Tennis or Golf outings. Whatever it takes!

Raise Your Voice With Ours!
Have you or a loved one been impacted by cancer? Want to sing along side us? Want to organize a fundraiser for us? Want to ask us to come sing at your fundraiser? Let us know!  We believe that each new voice brings us closer to the cure.

We appreciate your continued support as we aim to increase our fundraising goal every year. Our 2014 fundraising efforts allowed us to donate $62,000 to the Henri and Belinda Termeer Center For Targeted Therapies at Mass General Hospital. We couldn't do it without you!
