Good afternoon club directors and contacts,
Thank you for all your hard work as we enter into the start of the season. We appreciate the many hours that you and your teams are putting in to get organized - and we are excited to get started!
2025 Participation:
As part of our commitment to improved communication, we wanted to give you an update on 2025 participation and the upcoming season. Now that the majority of registrations has taken place, we can confirm that we have 620 teams registered to play in the 2025 season, which represents an approximate 8.5% (50 teams) increase from 2024.
Tournament Locations and Schedules:
Now that we have confirmed numbers for each age category, our team is working hard to finalize all the facility bookings required to accommodate. While we had already booked facilities, there are some divisions where the final participation numbers are different than we anticipated. As a result the locations of following tournaments are still marked as "awaiting confirmation" in the Club Competition Schedule and may be subject to change:
- 12U Girls Regional Championships
- Fraser Valley
- Okanagan
- 13U Girls Regional Championships
- Okanagan
- 14U Girls Regional Championships
- Lower Mainland
- Island
- 15U Girls LM/FV Super Series
- Division 3 & Division 4
- 16U Girls Island Super Series
- Division 3 & Division 4
Key Messages for Your Members:
We are receiving a high level of enquiries (mostly from parents and guardians) about the schedule, format, and details of tournaments. We would be very appreciative if you could share the following information with your coaches, families, and players:

The club competition schedule can be found here. It is regularly updated as soon as new information is confirmed. We will remove the "awaiting confirmation" against locations as soon as we can.

Draws for a tournament will be posted 10 days in advance of the tournament (eg. no later than the Thursday of the prior week). The draw will list the specific locations of each gym being used and will be posted to this page.
- If we need to make a change to the tournament, the updated version will be posted to the same web page. We will also email a copy of the changed draw to the coaches of the teams participating in the tournament.

Results from tournaments will be posted on the Monday after the weekend. They can be found on this page
