Good afternoon club directors and contacts,

We have few updates and reminders for you:

Club Tournament Locations

Our staff have been working hard to secure tournament facilities for the upcoming season. The cities that each tournament will be hosted in are being updated on the 2025 Locations Tab on the Competition Calendar.

Please note that some of the locations have been requested through school district rentals but are still awaiting confirmation (Noted with '(Awaiting Accommodation)*" on the document). These locations are subject to change and will updated as confirmation is received. There is an 'Updated on' date at the top of the page which shows when the document was last updated.

**As a general reminder, please do not book hotels until you know what division/city your tournament is being hosted in. 15U Girls/Boys:

For the first event, teams will be ranked into divisions based on Ranking Tournament Results



For subsequent events, teams will change divisions throughout the season which may effect which city your competing in. Age category results and standings will be updated on the Monday following each event.

16-18U Girls Boys:

For the first event, teams will be ranked based on Athlete Ranking Points and placed into divisions following the event registration window.

For subsequent events, teams will change divisions throughout the season which may effect which city your competing in. Age category results and standings will be updated on the Monday following each event.

Registration Date Updates

• 12/13U Girls Okanagan and 14U Girls Island registration window will be December 11 to January 5 to allow for time to complete draws 10 days prior to the event

• All other 12/13/14U Opens January 13, 2025 and will close 4 weeks prior to the event date



• 17/18 boys registration window has been changed to January 8-12, 2025

• Reminder: 15U Boys and Girls Ranking tournament registration window opens on December 11, 2024

13/14U Level Declaration

13U and 14U Girls must declare a level to compete at during Super Spike events. The level that you declare does not affect your placement at Provincial Championships. This is for 'Regular Season' competition only. Provincial Championships ranking is decided by results from each respective Regional Championship. Declaration is done when you create your teams in Sportlomo. 13U and 14U Girls now have three options (A/AA/AAA) when self-declaring a competition level. Please refer to the Level Declaration Guide if you are unsure what level you should be declaring.

If you have already registered your team in Sportlomo and feel like you have declared an incorrect level please contact your Regional Manager (see below for contacts).
