Greetings to the once lost but now found sheep of the house of Israel.
I hope and pray this Volume 7 of the DragonSlayer Newsletter finds you well.
I hope you enjoy this Newsletter, as there is something here for everyone, so to speak, as just about every direction you turn, we are hearing of wars and rumors of wars, famine and the coming food crisis, nuclear war or a leaking nuclear power plant. It is most certainly some of the most exciting times we have seen in some time.
Are these “Day of the Lord” events?
The phrase “day of the Lord” usually identifies events that take place at the end of history (Isaiah 7:18-25), and is often closely associated with the phrase “that day.” One key to understanding these phrases is to note that they always identify a span of time during which God personally intervenes in history, directly or indirectly, to accomplish some specific aspect of His plan.
In that day the Lord will whistle for the fly that is in the remotest part of the rivers of Egypt and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria. They will all come and settle on the steep ravines, on the ledges of the cliffs, on all the thorn bushes and on all the watering places. In that day the Lord will shave with a razor, hired from regions beyond the Euphrates (that is, with the king of Assyria), the head and the hair of the legs; and it will also remove the beard. Now in that day a man may keep alive a heifer and a pair of sheep; and because of the abundance of the milk produced he will eat curds, for everyone that is left within the land will eat curds and honey. And it will come about in that day, that every place where there used to be a thousand vines, valued at a thousand shekels of silver, will become briars and thorns. People will come there with bows and arrows because all the land will be briars and thorns. As for all the hills which used to be cultivated with the hoe, you will not go there for fear of briars and thorns; but they will become a place for pasturing oxen and for sheep to trample. Isaiah 7:18-25
Most people associate the day of the Lord with a period of time or a special day that will occur when God’s will and purpose for His world and for mankind will be fulfilled. Some scholars believe that the day of the Lord will be a longer period of time than a single day, a period of time when Christ will reign throughout the world before He cleanses heaven and earth in preparation for the eternal state of all mankind. Other scholars believe the day of the Lord will be an instantaneous event when Christ returns to earth to redeem His faithful believers and send unbelievers to eternal damnation.
The phrase “the day of the Lord” is used often in the Old Testament (e.g. Isaiah 2:12; 13:6, 9; Ezekiel 13:5, 30:3; Joel 1:15, 2:1,11,31; 3:14; Amos 5:18,20; Obadiah 15; Zephaniah 1:7,14; Zechariah 14:1; Malachi 4:5) and several times in the New Testament (e.g. Acts 2:20; 1 Corinthians 5:5; 2 Corinthians 1:14; 1 Thessalonians 5:2; 2 Thessalonians 2:2; 2 Peter 3:10). It is also alluded to in other passages (Revelation 6:17; 16:14).
The Old Testament passages dealing with the day of the Lord often convey a sense of imminence, nearness, and expectation: “Wail, for the day of the Lord is near!” (Isaiah 13:6); “For the day is near, even the day of the Lord is near” (Ezekiel 30:3); “Let all who live in the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming. It is close at hand” (Joel 2:1); “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision” (Joel 3:14); “Be silent before the Lord God! For the day of the Lord is near” (Zephaniah 1:7). This is because the Old Testament passages referring to the day of the Lord often speak of both a near and a far fulfillment, as does much of Old Testament prophecy.
The New Testament calls it a day of “wrath,” a day of “visitation,” and the “great day of God Almighty” (Revelation 16:14) and refers to a still future fulfillment when God’s wrath is poured out on unbelieving Israel (Isaiah 22; Jeremiah 30:1-17; Joel 1-2; Amos 5; Zephaniah 1) and on the unbelieving world (Ezekiel 38–39; Zechariah 14).
The Scriptures indicate that “the day of the Lord” will come quickly, like a thief in the night (Zephaniah 1:14-15; 1 Thessalonians 5:2), and therefore Christians must be watchful and ready for the coming of Christ at any moment.
Be ready, Remnant.

How to Grow Nutrient-Dense,
Soil-Sprouted Greens
in Less Than 10 Days
|
The Low-Tech, No-Grow-Lights Approach to Abundant Harvest
Year-Round Indoor Salad Gardening offers good news: with nothing more than a cupboard and a windowsill, you can grow all the fresh salad greens you need for the winter months (or throughout the entire year) with no lights, no pumps, and no greenhouse.
Longtime gardener Peter Burke was tired of the growing season ending with the first frost, but due to his busy work schedule and family life, didn’t have the time or interest in high-input grow lights or greenhouses. Most techniques for growing what are commonly referred to as “microgreens” left him feeling overwhelmed and uninterested. There had to be a simpler way to grow greens for his family indoors. After some research and diligent experimenting, Burke discovered he was right—there was a way! And it was even easier than he ever could have hoped, and the greens more nutrient packed. The result: healthy, homegrown salad greens at a fraction of the cost of buying them at the market. The secret: start them in the dark.
Growing “Soil Sprouts”—Burke’s own descriptive term for sprouted seeds grown in soil as opposed to in jars—employs a method that encourages a long stem without expansive roots, and provides delicious salad greens in just seven to ten days, way earlier than any other method, with much less work. Indeed, of all the ways to grow immature greens, this is the easiest and most productive technique. Forget about grow lights and heat lamps! This book is a revolutionary and inviting guide for both first-time and experienced gardeners in rural or urban environments. All you need is a windowsill or two. In fact, Burke has grown up to six pounds of greens per day using just the windowsills in his kitchen! Year-Round Indoor Salad Gardening offers detailed step-by-step instructions to mastering this method (hint: it’s impossible not to succeed, it’s so easy!), tools and accessories to have on hand, seeds and greens varieties, soil and compost, trays and planters, shelving, harvest and storage, recipes, scaling up to serve local markets, and much more.

HAVE MINISTERS HELPED
DISARM AMERICA?
|
|
For the last several decades in America, Christians have been hearing certain select key Bible phrases when it comes to the subject of firearms and self-defense. Such phrases as "love thy neighbor," "turn the other check" and "thou shalt not kill.”
The result has been the equating of Christianity with pacifism. It's not too hard to accept this false doctrine of pacifism when there are no more scalping Indians on the plains, as in the 1800’s, or conquering, murdering Moslem invaders about to destroy the Christian civilization, as it was in 732 AD.
But many Christian Americans are taking a second look at the teaching of pacifism in light of a world-wide cancer called 'communism,' which has grown up to their shores and weakened the inner fabric of their country.
They had better take a second look in light of the vicious hatred the communists have toward the Christian faith. Such hatred and atrocities have been recorded in many volumes of testimony made before the House Committee on Un-American Activities in Washington, D.C. The space of this brief article does not permit a complete printing, but a sample of that hatred can be observed in their following statement made by Gus Hall in 1961, who at the time was president of the American Communist Party (Mr. Hall's jew name was Hallberg).
"I dream of the hour when the last Congressman is strangled to death with the guts of the last preacher....and since the Christians seem to love to sing about blood, why not give them a little of it? Slit the throats of their children and drag them over the mourners bench and the pulpit and allow them to drown in their own blood; and then see whether they enjoy singing these hymns.”
(P.S. For those of you who think you will be raptured away, there is no need for you to read on; but remember the multiple millions of Christians starved, tortured, and murdered by the communists, who no longer believe such a lie called rapture!)
In his book, entitled The Life of an American Jew in Racist Marxist Israel, Jack Bernstein states, on page 35, "If the Zionists ever succeed in imposing gun control on the American people, there will be nothing to stop them from a complete take over in America."
Josef Stalin said, "If the opposition disarms, well and good. If it refuses to disarm, we shall disarm it ourselves."
|
|
Believe it or not, the
Communists have been disarming us by infiltrating the American churches.
Former Congressman James B. Utt from California once said, "With a dedicated patience communists have long ago infiltrated the seminaries...and now there are communists in clerical garb at all levels of religion."
The writings of Karl Prussian more than confirm this statement. Karl Prussian spent 26 years of his life in the Communist Party, twelve years of which was spent as a volunteer agent for the FBI. He himself was offered a scholarship by the Communist Party to attend Union Theological Society in New York City to be made a Methodist minister.
Isn't it interesting that in this same period of history of communist infiltration, the Christian pacifist doctrine emerges, even though the past history of Christianity has never been one of Pacifism?
Now let it be understood that we are not saying everyone who believes a Christian should be a pacifist is a communist! Many are sincere people who are repeating what they have been taught.
The Anti-Christ knows that dupes can be as or more effective than dedicated communists.
Do let it be understood that anyone who wishes to disarm you, jeopardizes the life, liberty and property of you and your family!
Jesus said, in Luke 11:21 and 22:
When a strong man FULLY ARMED guards his own homestead, his possessions are undisturbed, but when someone stronger than he attacks him and overpowers him, he takes away from him all his armor on which he relied and distributes his plunder.
Notice, when FULLY ARMED, the man's life and household are undisturbed. That is, he has peace.
Mr. Wesley Millian, who was once a missionary in Asia, used to lecture on how the Communists, for the first ninety days, were so nice as they collected all weapons from the people. After all the weapons were collected, he said, "then at the end of 90 days we learned the difference between the theoretical communism and Bolshevik terror!"
Remember Luke 11:21 and 22 and Mr. Millian's testimony the next time someone like a pious reverend or do-gooder politician tells you that you shouldn't have a handgun! Also remember that evil intentions are almost always cloaked in good. Jesus said, "Beware of the false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves."
Christians need to know that they are not to live by the sword (Mathew 26:52), but just as importantly, they need to know they are not to live without one. Jesus told His disciples in Luke 22:36, "Let him who has no sword sell his robe and buy one."
Remember, a sword then was equivalent to a six-shooter in the 1800's and a machine gun today!
|
|
Jesus also told His disciples to teach us all that He had taught them (Mathew 28:20). That is why history shows Christians had weapons. In spite of the fact that we have been made to believe that all Christians passively walked out into the arenas to be fed to lions, in the first century they were fighting for their lives.
The following is taken from pages 86 and 87 of The Drama of the Lost Disciples by George F. Jowett.
''Despite the fact that the Romans were the implacable foe of the British, and sought by every means at their command in their vicious hatred to exterminate the Christian faith at its source, they held the British warriors in high esteem, holding that their religion was the reason for their fearlessness in battle and disdain of death.
Julius Caesar wrote, (circa 54 B.C.): 'They make the immortality of the soul the basis of all their teaching, holding it to be the principal incentive and reason for a virtuous life. Believing in the immortality of the soul, they were careless of death.
Lucanus, A. D. 38, writes in Pharsalia that the Britons' indifference to death was the result of their religious beliefs, and Pomponius Mela,
A.D.41, in his works, describes the British warrior in astonishment. He also ascribes the extraordinary bravery of the Britons to their religious doctrine, based on immortality of the soul.
Amen and Amen...

Why do so many of our people refuse to witness to the world the Kingdom message? There are many Christians in America who understand this message and either refuse to preach it or spread it to others. If God has shown you mercy in opening your eyes and ears to this truth and you cover it up under the guise of 'Who Knows What,' you should hide your head in shame!
I have heard all kinds of excuses used for not sharing this wonderful news with our people. For example, the other day someone said to me, "We must go through the back door to spread this message, or we will turn people off. It's too much for them to take."
Hebrews 5:11-14 explains the difference between the spiritual milk and spiritual meat of God's Word. The Kingdom message should be milk of the Word and all other Christian teaching coming from this one truth, that the AngloSaxon, Scandinavian, Germanic, and kindred people are in fact the Israelites of Scripture and that America (heavenly kingdom, in the old Gothic) is the new Jerusalem. Without this little bit of basic foundation in truth, the rest is in vain! I don't care if you're screaming against abortion, homosexuals, taxes, laws, usury, etc., if you're not sharing this message, the rest is useless!
For how many years have we been rallying, preaching and screaming against abortion and yet our abortion mills are killing more babies today than ever before. Why? What's wrong? The answer is so simple, yet because of fear of persecution, security, popularity, money, etc., our people are not grasping this milk of the Word!
Fundamental preachers have been crying out for years against homosexuality and yet our perverted sex society is rapidly increasing and so is their fatal disease. Why?
I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the picture by now. It's the antichrist of America who have made the truth of the identity of God's chosen race to be undigested meat rather than soothing milk. And God help us when the pastors of our great nation are afraid to grab hold of this foundation of all truth in Scripture and scream it to the top of their lungs! Our nation is very rapidly crumbling under the sin which has set in and our people are becoming more and more in bondage to the antichrist.
There are so many truths we could be spreading and so many good causes we could be battling for, but unless the foundation is laid, it's all in vain.
I believe if our people really knew who they were and understood the Covenant that God Almighty has made with them, then they would obey 2 Chronicles 7:14 and humble themselves before our Creator, they would call upon Him, and would see an unimaginable healing go thru the land!
I am anxiously awaiting the day when all the enemies of Jesus Christ will be made a footstool for His feet and when the glorious Kingdom is totally established for His elect.

"Society does not generally expect its farmers to be visionaries."
Perhaps not, but longtime Maine farmer and homesteader Will Bonsall does possess a unique clarity of vision that extends all the way from the finer points of soil fertility and seed saving to exploring how we can transform civilization and make our world a better, more resilient place.
In Will Bonsall's Essential Guide to Radical, Self-Reliant Gardening, Bonsall maintains that to achieve real wealth we first need to understand the economy of the land, to realize that things that might make sense economically don't always make sense ecologically, and vice versa. Inside Will Bonsall's Essential Guide to Radical, Self-Reliant Gardening you'll also find: milling, baking and sprouting, freezing and vermentation, best practices to handle plant disease and animal pests, as well as collecting and storing seeds, and so much more! $39.95

More than 250 easy and enjoyable recipes!
Typical books about preserving garden produce nearly always assume that modern “kitchen gardeners” will boil or freeze their vegetables and fruits. Yet here is a book that goes back celebrating traditional but little-known French techniques for storing and preserving edibles in ways that maximize flavor and nutrition.
Translated into English, and with a new foreword by Deborah Madison, this book deliberately ignores freezing and high-temperature canning in favor of methods that are superior because they are less costly and more energy-efficient.
Inside, you’ll learn how to, preserve without nutrient loss, preserve by drying, preserve with oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar, make sweet-and-sour preserves and preserve with alcohol.
As Eliot Coleman says in his foreword to the first edition, “Food preservation techniques can be divided into two categories: the modern scientific methods that remove the life from food, and the natural ‘poetic’ methods that maintain or enhance the life in food. The poetic techniques produce… foods that have been celebrated for centuries and are considered gourmet delights today.” $25.00

As children bring their broken toys,
With tears for us to mend,
I brought my broken dreams to God,
Because He was my friend.
But then, instead of leaving Him
in peace to work alone,
I hung around and tried to help,
with ways that were my own.
At last I snatched them back and cried,
“How can You be so slow?”
My child,” He said,
“What could I do? You never did let go!”

We have never seen a food shortage in the USA in our lifetimes. That does not mean it could not happen. But, with recent headlines such as:
A Perfect Storm for US Agriculture, and,
Beef Prices Surge As Ranchers Sell Off Cattle Herds,
We can’t say that our enemy hasn’t told us what they have in mind regarding the further destruction of America as we know it.
|
|
And why not? Doesn’t our Bible, the same Bible that has John 3:16 in it, also have Leviticus 26:18-20 in it, where the SAME GOD says he will make our sky like iron and our earth like bronze, because of our sins? YES it does! Read Ezekiel 30:12, where our God says He will make the land desolate, and dry up the canals. Meditate on and study Psalm 107:33-34, where we read:
He changes rivers into a wilderness And springs of water into a thirsty ground; A fruitful land into a salt waste, Because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it.
What do we have in our land today, Remnant, but wickedness and deceit and lies and filth and apostasy! God keeps His Words to His people! Changes to this land are coming, and it will be on the righteous and the unrighteous both. Be found in our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ, walking in His way, not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and being a DOER of the Word.
The following is taken from articles that point out, in no-uncertain terms or language, what is happening in this land today, and what is seen as coming on the horizon.

A Food Shortage Could Be Coming, Even in the U.S.
Concerns of a global food shortage have been mounting given the war in Ukraine and the huge amounts of fertilizer, wheat, and other food-related exports that come from that region. Many economists and strategists say a food shortage can’t happen here. After all, the U.S. produces most of its own food and roughly half of domestic land is used for agricultural production, according to the Food and Drug Administration. There are several overlapping reasons, however, why America shouldn’t take a sufficient food supply for granted.
Record temperatures and the worst drought in more than a decade mean there isn’t grass for the animals to eat, and hay—the alternative—is tough to come by as higher fuel costs make it harder to transport from other states. The cost of hay in one Texas area is around $220 a roll, compared with about $45 in normal times and $120 in a typical drought year.
“None of the ranchers I know want to get out, but they have to,” a local says, says of the livestock liquidation. “Everybody is selling because they can’t feed them, and no one is buying the cows to raise.” That suggests more meat and lower prices in the near term. But the Texas Farm Bureau said in a report this past week that with much of the current breeding herd going to processing plants, calf numbers will fall in years ahead. If everyone sells out of cattle now, what are we going to do later on?
About 250 miles away, Stephen Brantley is getting nervous—but for a different reason. Brantley, a longtime banker at Waggoner National Bank in Vernon, Texas, says his bank has been fielding calls lately from farmers approached by solar companies interested in their land. First the companies ask to test the land over about a year, during which time the farmer can continue growing crops such as wheat. Then, if the testing goes well, the solar company either offers to buy the land or lease it for 20 to 30 years.
The offers are hard to refuse. Farmland often best meets solar-site requirements, and Brantley says solar companies are paying as much as $800 an acre in his area of the wheat belt for leases that last for decades. That’s $512,000 a year for a section of land—640 acres—an attractive lifeline for farmers increasingly strapped by rising input prices and unfavorable weather. There is also a precedent. Wind came in about 15 years ago and turbines proliferated in the area, overall a net positive, Brantley says. But unlike wind, which is less lucrative and can coexist with crops, solar is pretty zero sum. “I know how fast it can happen. I’m afraid this thing might snowball. If solar catches on like wind did, all this cultivated land will go out of production,” says Brantley.
|
|
Solar farms like this one in Andrews County, Texas, (and in Colorado, too) are gobbling up prime farmland. Some observers see a long-term threat to the nation’s food supply.
A May report from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago said agricultural land values in the region surged 23% in the first quarter from a year earlier as investors bought a rising share of some of the country’s best farmland. Strategic Solar Group, which brokers land, says the high end of the average solar-farm lease is $2,000 an acre. Apart from business incentives, government subsidies and tax credits also help explain why solar companies are aggressively seeking land.
Already, Americans have seen double-digit price increases in food categories this year. In the latest consumer price index report, meats, poultry, fish, and eggs leapt 12% from a year earlier as bread rose 11% and milk increased 16%. That’s occurring as the U.S. Census Bureau has found about a 10th of Americans don’t have enough to eat.
Fourth-generation farmer:
‘Food shortage is coming’
One fourth-generation farmer is warning the worst is yet to come. “People are going to see the rising cost of food in their local grocery stores in the coming month,” John B. Jr. said Monday.
“Farmers are feeling the pinch from high cost of diesel fuel and fertilizer, truckers are feeling the pinch and you have a certain region in the world that’s not planting crops at this time in Ukraine, so there’s going to be a shortage of wheat and commodities that they’ve been producing there, as well,” John said.
And it goes far beyond the gas pump: Eggs are up 32%, poultry is up 16.6%, milk is up 15.9% and fats and oils are up 16.9 %, Axios reports. Overall, the cost of food is up about 12 % — the largest increase since 1979.
This fourth-generation farmer goes on to explain food staples such as corn, corn syrup and soybeans are all the types of products local farmers produce daily, which, in turn, helps place the major products on shelves that shoppers are accustomed to seeing. Inflation, however, makes these deliverables more difficult.
“For so long, we’ve enjoyed lots of food in this country, so we’ve never ever faced a food shortage and I think that’s coming in the coming months.”
“The Biden administration that I’ve been urging to take more of a swift action, still hasn’t taken the action I believe that’s needed,” he said. “Farmers are the last person on the totem pole. You may not need a doctor or a lawyer today, but every day in this country, you need a farmer,” he said.

We NEED Jesus Christ in America, every Day!
Remnant, remember the promise of Psalm 37:19:
They will not be ashamed in the time of evil, and in the days of famine they will have abundance.
The time is now to be that Doer of the Word, and not a hearer only.
Make sure your trust, hope, work and faith is in our King, our judge, our law-giver, our refuge and our Savior, Jesus Christ. rp

I am going to start with a question. What came first, the chicken or the egg? There is really no conclusive answer to that question. Most people would say, it makes no difference, because we have both with us today.
However, we wonder who found the first egg and what did he or she think it was when they saw it? One thing they must have soon found out, it was very fragile and required careful handling. We can picture all kinds of interesting situations they must have experienced, both tragic and comic, before man realized the potentialities that lay concealed beneath the shell.
Today, you and I know that there is life, or at least potential life, in an egg. But what must have been the reaction of those who did not know, and one day discovered, that something was inside and wanting to get out. Something wanted to emerge because it was destined for another world than that inside the shell.
The chicken inside the shell possessed faculties and organs which could never function within the confinement of that covering provided for purposes of protection, only until such a time as it would be freed. Nature planned that the shell had to be sacrificed if the life within was to be liberated. Strange that so many miss the meaning of sacrifice and seek to evade rather than to value and understand its meaning.
Now, just imagine someone motivated by a well-meaning but ignorant desire, applied adhesive tape to prevent the cracking of the shell which would have spelled liberation for the little captive reaching out towards its new world. The adhesive tape would have spelt death and deprived the world of a living creature. Can you not see the allegory?
Let's equate the chick inside the eggshell with all of creation, groaning and travailing in pain, waiting to be delivered from the old-world order. Man is making every effort to prevent the breaking of the shell, which represents vested interest, vast monopolies, inequality, injustices, oppression, economic bondage, and a Babylonian system of usury that increases our debt with no end in sight.
Man has tried out every known form of world government: From absolute autocracy, limited autocracy, dictatorship, imperialism, and even ecclesiastical tyranny, which imposed the inquisition and ended in the Dark Ages of fear and superstition. In every case, the old systems produced chaos, war and untold suffering for generations after generations. And now when the signs of the dawn of a new day of hope for the world are visible on the horizon, they complain that the shell is "cracking."
In attempting for us to shore up the cracking foundations of the old order - Our Courts, we have given approval of new interpretations of "separation of Church and State." Christians can have no voice in Government. Our government no longer hides its hostilities to the Christian religion. Atheists have been allowed to take over our public education and Biblical morality cannot be taught. Pornography is considered harmless, adult pleasure. Bars against same sex marriages are under attack.,
In 1973 our Supreme Court decided to allow abortions on demand, resulting in over one million babies each year to be killed. Should we not say with Ezra, "O my god, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my god: for our iniquities are increased over our heads, and our trespass is grown up into the heaven." Ezra 9:6
The day cannot be far off when God will say, "enough is enough." Should we not welcome the removal of remaining fragments of past and present failures to achieve what we have desired, and welcome the passing of the long night of centuries as we march toward the is rising sun of a new and glorious day. All our human efforts at self-determination stand condemned.
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit; neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. The world order under which we live today, by its evil fruit declares itself to be the crop of an evil tree. The axe is already hewing at the roots of that evil tree representing Babylon and the succession of empires that followed it for over 2,500 years that has enslaved mankind.
The world order of our day, with its statesmen and leaders, arebaffled and dismayed as it discovers how vain and futile its every effort to repair and preserve the old order.
One of our Lord's most illuminating illustrations of how the old has to pass in order to make way for the new was given in His parable of the old garment and the piece of new cloth and the old wine skins and the new wine. Matthew 9:17; Mark 2:21-22; Luke 5:36-39.
At the time Jesus spoke, the Imperial Roman Empire had the world beneath its grip. But that empire was the last of a succession which had, in turn, came and gone and was destined to follow in the wake of its proud predecessors. Like Babylon, Mede-Persia, and Greece, no human attempt to preserve them would succeed. Many endeavors to renovate or patch the old garment were made, but the inevitable would result; the new would tear away from the old, leaving the rent worse.
Rome belonged to a world-order that had become obsolete and beyond repair. Since then, over 2,000 years have passed, during which the process of disintegration has been accelerated. Today, we are witnessing not only the removal of the last remaining fragments of mighty Rome, but also those of the long succession of empires out of which Rome came. The Bible calls it the "Fall of Babylon the Great."
If the first part of the parable suggest attempts to repair by means of patching from the outside, then the other part points to something within which requires a container capable of retaining what is to be placed in it. The old wineskins cannot stand up to the forces generated by the new wine. This tells us that God is not going to found His New Order of the Ages upon old legacies of past human failure at self-determination, neither is He going to entrust new wine to the custody of an old container, unable to stand the powers of the age to come.
However, our concern should not be that the garment has become old or that wineskins perished, but with God's new Order of the Ages that is to replace them. Not with the cracking of the shell, but with the emerging "chicken." Every sphere of the world's life is affected, whether it is the political world, the social word, the industrial world, the economic world or religious world, our problem is to recognize what is happening and to learn how to deal with the period of transition from the old to the new. The new is not yet sufficiently predominant to allow the complete scrapping of the old, but every day brings the change nearer.
Two things are happening simultaneously. The old is in the process of passing and the new is in the process of coming. The consequence of the resulting turbulence should not make us afraid, for it is the Kingdom of God that is being established.
That Kingdom, ever since its inauguration, has been centered in the House of Jacob, a fact clearly stated in the Bible, but one missed by the majority of Bible readers. That Kingdom is today being restored to Israel and it is to Israel we have to look as the agency employed by God to set it up.

We must not confuse the name "Israel" with those today known as Jews, because it was from the latter that the Kingdom of God was taken away as we read in Matthew 21:43:
"Therefore say I unto you, The Kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof"

It was from the House of Judah that the Kingdom was taken away and given to the House of Israel. For clarification of that statement, read my little booklet, The Abrahamic Covenant, a study outline of the identity of God's people, Israel, who migrated from Assyrian captivity and are found today among the Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, Scandinavian, and Kindred people. I am going to close with another question.
Do you want to see the establishment of the New Order of the Ages under Jesus Christ?
If you do, then I suggest four things we must do.
1. Humble ourselves and pray, as found in 2 Chronicles 7:14.
2. Humbly but urgently plead with the leaders of our nation in every sphere of our nation’s life, both church and government, to separate America from all alliances and compromises which bind us to the old passing, humanistic, godless-world order, that resists its going.
3. Make known to all the glorious Truth of God's faithfulness to Israel through His covenants with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
4. Accept the great commission Christ gave to His disciples, to "preach the Gospel of the Kingdom, which is the God News," to mankind.
May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and keep you,
E. Raymond Capt
