Greetings in the blessed holy name of our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Regarding the fighting in the Middle East right now: There is far too much to say about this—and people will. Everybody and his brother will have a special theory about WHY NOW and WHAT IT REALLY MEANS and WHAT IT’S A DISTRACTION FROM and WHO IS ACTUALLY BEHIND IT and the blizzard of commentary will come from the political left, right, and center.

           Right now, I have this to say. This war could spiral into something much bigger, and fast; Involving many more people and other countries; The EXTREME dangers are obvious.

           Major corporations are going to war, for “causes and ideals,” but most importantly for profit, because multiple money-making war machines are humming. Corporate entities are “doing battle,” and they’re all getting richer during the horror and the slaughter.

           War-machine-government/corporations do battle to protect other corporations as well.

Major General Smedley Butler wrote about it 90 years ago in the booklet, WAR IS A RACKET. Major Butler, the most Decorated Marine in history, four years after his retirement from military service, wrote:

           War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.

           I spent 33 years and 4 months in active service as a member of our country’s most agile military force—the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from a second lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period I spent most of my time being a high-class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer for [crony] capitalism…Thus I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in…I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-12. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916…During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. I was rewarded with honors, medals, promotion.

           Looking back on it, I feel I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three city districts. We Marines operated on three continents.

Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38, and the Coming Battles for Israel:           Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.      Amos 3:7

           We have talked a lot about the Gog-Magog war of Ezekiel 38–39, a prophecy that predicts a powerful confederacy, apparently led by Russia, that is destined to someday invade. I think that its fulfillment is even knocking at our door. 

The book by Col. Jack Mohr, The Gog-Magog Alliance, is a fantastic book that YOU SHOULD ORDER.

           There is also a prophesy that should be talked about, found in Psalms 83. It is gaining momentum and importance for our day, in which a different confederacy attempts to wipe out Israel. 

           This Psalm seems to be addressing current issues in the Middle East—nations conspiring to destroy Israel.

           O God, do not remain silent; do not turn a deaf ear, do not stand aloof, O God. how your enemies growl, how your foes rear their heads.      

Psalm 83:1–2

           Psalm 83 is more than a prayer or a plea to God for vengeance on Israel’s enemies; it reveals that a 10-member confederacy wants to destroy the Chosen People and possess the Promised Land. This right now is being portrayed as taking place in a land that is not the true JerUSAlem of the Bible!

This Psalm, however, was not written during a time of war. It was written some 3,000 years ago by King David’s worship leader, Asaph, during a time of great prosperity and liberty. But Asaph was not just a worshiper; according to 2 Chronicles 29:30, he was also a (seer).

           As a prophet, Asaph saw beyond this period of peace, to a time when this confederacy would seek the utter destruction of Israel; a time that now seems to be nearing.

           “Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, so that

Israel’s name is remembered no more.                    Psalm 83:4

           Even though Asaph’s vision was received in a time of peace, it must have been cause for some concern, since many named in the confederacy had previously demonstrated their hatred.

           See how your enemies growl, how your foes rear their heads,

cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those

you cherish.                                                               Psalm 83:2–3

           The Coalition’s Motive: Break the Abrahamic Covenant

           With one mind they plot together; they form an alliance

against you.                                                                Psalm 83:5

           The ten-member coalition of Psalm 83 forms a covenant with each other against not only the nation of Israel, but the God of Israel. The coalition is not satisfied to only destroy Israel as a nation; they want to wipe out the memory of the name of Israel; in effect, breaking the Abrahamic Covenant.

           In the Abrahamic Covenant, God pledges that a Chosen    People will come through Abraham (Genesis 22:17–18), through Isaac (Genesis 26:2–4), and through Jacob (Genesis 28:14) and that God would give them the Promised Land (Genesis 15:18; Joshua 1:4).

           Of course, if through a human coalition the adversary could wipe out the name of Israel, that would effectively make the God of Israel look powerless and a liar in the face of the entire world. It would also nullify other promises, including the following:

Davidic Covenant / Eternal Throne (2 Samuel 7:12–13; Isaiah 9:6–7; Luke:31–33)

           For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. And there will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, on the throne of David and over His kingdom.                          Isaiah 9:6–7

    New Covenant / Eternal Relationship (Jeremiah 31:33; John 14:16–17) This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time,” declares the LORD. “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. will be their God, and they will be my people.     Jeremiah 31:33

           The Word of God, however, is accurate and reliable and no adversary can thwart God’s Word or plan. His covenant with Abraham is unconditional and everlasting. After Israel’s disobedience, which He foresaw, He would bring His people home to their own land after a period of time.

           It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone….I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land.

                                Ezekiel 36:22, 24

           And God has been fulfilling this prophecy and others like it, much to the dismay of those seeking to wipe out the very memory of Israel.

           Remnant, do not fear! God is STILL in control, and the TRUTH of His Word continues to be revealed to those that have a love for it. As we see these exciting times all around us, let us also see the opportunities to share the TRUTH of His Word, helping to open the eyes and ears of the deceived in this land

With Faith, Hope, and Love

The "woe" Isaiah pronounced now exists in our land.

Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil…                              Isaiah 5:20

This is particularly evident concerning survival. To survive is to be a survivalist which the modem antichrist propaganda media calls evil and hateful.  Yet, not to be a survivalist is not to be faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ who has called us to be and shown us how to be "OVERCOMERS" (1 John 5:4).  An overcomer must be a survivalist and then some.

The definition of survival is the action of living longer than another person or beyond something. The continuation of life or existence in the presence of or despite difficult conditions.

Your mother wanted you to be a survivalist from the day you were born. Your father, no doubt, taught certain  survival techniques, be it in the business world or in the sports arena and your God desires you to survive and     overcome. It is only an evil, hate-filled enemy that would not want you to survive. In war, if your enemy is determined to survive, you lose. The Christian's antichrist enemies understand this and thus, have cleverly made survival appear evil.

TO SURVIVE AND OVERCOME REQUIRES BEING ARMED WITH THREE CHRISTIAN

VIRTUES

         1 Corinthians 13:13 identifies all three.

         But now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

HOPE is necessary for survival and overcoming.  Thus, our antichrist enemy wages the propaganda war (knowing the pen is mightier than the sword) in such a way as to remove hope. Much of this is done in the way of      patriot radio programming, which, in reality, is nothing but FEAR RADIO.

Instead of the gospel (which means good news) the news is impending economic Armageddon or coming biological holocaust, UN and alien invasion, concentration camps, black helicopters, famine, conquering conspiracies, etc., etc. Most of this is done under the guise of fighting evil and championing freedom when in reality, it is our sly, cunning enemy practicing their         deceptive craft, knowing full well the spiritual truth of Proverbs 29:25; The fear of man brings a snare...

You'll know the false prophet by his fruit (Matthew 7:16) and the fruit of many false patriots who always  prophesy impending doom and gloom is HOPELESSNESS!

This is not to say such potential calamities such as plagues, pestilence, war, and economic hardship do not   exist. The truth is, there's really nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9). It is also true that wicked men in high places plot and conspire against God's people. But it is not true that we have no hope. Rather, it is they, the wicked, who have no hope. The old adage of "there's no hope for the wicked" is true, or else God is a liar, for His word tells us,

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil For evildoers shall be cut off but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.                                    Psalm 37:7-9

Do not fret yourself because of evil-doers, or be      envious of the wicked; For there will be no future for the evil man; The lamp of the wicked will be put out. 

                                     Proverbs 24:19,20

When the wicked increase, transgression         increases; But the righteous will see their fall.

                                     Proverbs 29:16

When men's fruits are such that it appears the wicked have all power and authority and you feel it's hopeless, then you are either listening to and/or following a man who is working for the other side or a man that's stupid and Biblically ignorant.

A senseless man has no knowledge; nor does a stupid man understand this: That when the wicked sprouted up like grass, and all who did iniquity flourished, it was only that they might be destroyed for evermore.                                             Psalm 92:6,7

When antichrists rob the people of hope, they rob them of courage. Be strong and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in the Lord.                                                           Psalms 31:24

Jesus Christ is our hope but our relationship with Him is impaired when we are robbed of hope. 

But Christ was faithful as a Son over His house whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end.           Hebrews 3:6

FAITH ranks with hope and, like hope, without it our relationship with our God is impaired. 

And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.              Hebrews 11:6

Presently the antichrist propaganda has people believing those who seek Him will be punished, not rewarded; that their lot will be the mark, starvation, torture, and death. The attitude of the hopeless many is WE HAVEN'T GOT A PRAYER. The truth is it is they who haven't got a prayer.

The antichrist propagandists would have you believe they (the wicked) can do whatever they want. After all, they have the money, the media, the public opinion, the masses, the judges, the lawyers, the black helicopters, the UN Troops, the SWAT teams, etc. The truth is, they haven't got a prayer. The Christians have a prayer, yet why do we often fail to pray?

It is due to a lack of faith, and we seem to intuitively know that prayer is worthless without faith. One must pray, BELIEVING!

And Jesus answered and said to them. (Truly I say to you, if you have faith, and do not doubt, you shall not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, (Be taken up and cast into the sea', it shall happen. And everything you ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive." 

            Matthew 21:21-22

The antichrist doesn't see our guns nearly the threat to his one world, Communist-Socialist government that he dubs the New World Order, as he does our faith. 

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel for He has visited us and accomplished redemption for His people.

In thee our fathers trusted; they trusted, and Thou didst deliver them. To thee they cried out, and were de­livered in Thee they trusted, and were not disappointed.

         For what great nation is there that has a god so near to it as is the Lord our God whenever we call on Him?    

  Deuteronomy 4:7

Though Christians, at this time, seem to fail to grasp the significance of 1 John 5:3-5, the Christian's adversary understands it full well. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith.

The Greek word translated here as world means "world order" and the Greek word for overcome means, to prevail, to conquer.

LOVE is the greatest in this threesome of faith, hope and love.

But now abide faith; hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.          1 Corinthians 13:13

Without it, we are nothing. ...if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.                 

        1 Corinthians 13:2

Our adversary understands this. Love brings about obedience to God which means defeat and destruction to our enemy and their tower of Babel, New World Order plans.  

Peter’s statement of…, We must obey Got rather than men, (Acts 5:29), was love based, though the antichrists call it hate. Jesus made it clear that love is tied to obedience.

If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.                  

John 14:15

For example, consider the law in China that limits to number of children per family with he state thus forcing abortion on the people. [Are we so naive as to believe  socialist, communist planners, like Mr. and Mrs. Clinton, would not favor such a law for us?] Yet, the law of God, forbids such murder of our children and directs us to be fruitful and multiply. Love then compels us to obey God rather than man. Another example could be gun confiscation called, at this time, gun control. Jesus taught His disciples not to be found defenseless but rather to own a weapon (Luke 22:36). Without a weapon, a Christian father cannot provide proper defense and protection for his family which, in itself, is a violation of God's word. (1 Timothy 5:8)

If someone comes into a Christian man's home to violate his wife or his children, it is love that causes the head of the home to protect them. If a state SWAT team and soldiers come to take his pregnant wife to force an abortion or take his children for forced inoculations, it is love that causes him to defend them. Because love compelled him to obey Christ rather than man, regarding the right to own a defense weapon, he then has a way (and a will) to defend his family. (This is not so in China since the people have no weapons).

Someone may say, "then the state may kill that   Christian man."  Yet that is not a cause of concern, because love casts out fear (1 John 4:18) and love causes him to be more concerned for truth and justice and the freedom of future generations than for his life.

Thus with faith, hope and love, the antichrist plans of a One World Order cannot survive, and they are overcome.

PERSECUTION OF CHRISTIANS ARMED WITH FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE

Out of desperation, history shows that governments and power crazed rulers can resort to persecution and even executions.  Even Pharaoh thought he could win this way (Exodus 14). Such is the final losing move of those who warn against God and His people.

People who are just survivalists are no threat to an enslaving, so-called New World Order.

In fact, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, a witness and survivor of Russian Communist purges has stated:

Survival is not the be-all and end-all of a life worthy of man. Sometimes, the worst thing that we can know about a man is that he has survived. Those who say that a life worth living at any cost have already written for themselves an epitaph of infamy, tor there is no cause and no person that they will not betray to stay alive.

However, survivalists who become Christians armed with faith, hope and love go beyond the survivalist’s stage to the overcomer stage and become more than conquerors through Jesus Christ (Romans 8:37).    

Becoming a Christian brings us to the subject of baptism for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38), a subject that the Judeo-Christian churches do not understand and a subject the foolish man dismisses as unimportant.  

However, it is as important as applying the lamb's blood on the household door posts in the days of the Egyptian captivity (Exodus 12). Those households that didn't do it did not survive and thus did not overcome.

The Bible is clear, For whatever is born of God overcomes the world... (1 John 5:4). The born-again   process includes faith (John 8:24), repentance (Luke 13:3), confession (Romans 10:9) and BAPTISM FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS (Acts 2:3).

Those who love God have no problem humbly obeying Acts 2:38.

And Peter said to them, "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

The resultant gift of the Holy Spirit is also likened unto a seal (Ephesians 1:13) which indicates ownership of the King. One could liken it to a brand on a western ranch. The brand signifies ownership. Don't touch, harm or try to steal (i.e., kidnap) the critter that has the King's brand and not expect a range war to erupt.

When people are merely armed with faith, hope and love, and not born of God (i.e., baptized for the remission of sins) and they are touched and persecuted by the state, resultant range war will not erupt, because they do not carry the King’s seal or brand.

         With baptized believers, armed with faith, hope and love, any persecution brought against them brings the  persecutor into war against God (who knows those who are His, 2 Timothy 2:19). That is a war the persecutor cannot win, for the people fear no death. 

         They have the ability (and responsibility) to fight back with the promise of one being able to chase a thousand (Leviticus 26:6-7; Deuteronomy 32:30) and for every Christian that is harmed, God will avenge so severely, the adversary cannot long stand the attrition rate. Thus, the antichrist system is soon overcome by those armed with faith, hope and love.

How Do I Feed On God’s Word?

           Certainly, if God calls us to live upon every Word that proceeds from his mouth (Matthew 4:4), it should not surprise us that he is not silent on what it looks like to feed on his word.

           Just as the health professionals have protocols for what      consists of healthy vital signs, so does Scripture with respect to how to feed on God’s Word.

How do I feed on the Word of God?

In Donald Whitney’s book Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life, he takes two chapters to outline “Bible Intake.” In his chapters (summarized here), he includes five ways to feed on God’s Word.

Hear It (cf. Romans 10:17)

Read It (Matthew 19:4)

Study It (cf. Ezra 7:10)

Memorize It (cf. Psalm 119:11)

Meditate On It (cf. Psalm 1:2)

           Similarly, but with even more specificity, Psalm 119 gives us at least six ways we can and should feed on the word of God.

1. Store the Word of God in Our Heart

           In general, the command to feed on the word is a call to fill the heart and mind with truth. As Paul will say to the Colossians, we are to have hearts richly filled with the Word of God. And so the general instruction for Scripture is to store the word of God in our heart. As Psalm 119:11 says, I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.

           Whatever it takes, however you do it, whenever you can make time, nothing rewards the Christian like storing the Word of God in our heart.

2. Meditate on the Word of God

           Meditation is a word often misunderstood and misapplied. But biblically, it is the idea of filling the mind with the words of truth.

           It is closely related to memorizing and storing God’s Word in the heart, but it takes those stored words uses them as a means of worshiping, praying, and praising God.

           Indeed, Psalm 119 is a 176-verse, 22-stanza, acrostic meditation on God’s Word. And not surprisingly, it uses the word repeatedly. Here are just a few examples:

                       ¹⁵I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways.

                       ¹⁶I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your word.

                       ²³Even though princes sit plotting against me,

your servant will meditate on your statutes.

           ²⁷Make me understand the way of your precepts,

and I will meditate on your wondrous works.

           These verses (and others, vv. 48 78, 93, 97, 99) attest to the importance of remembering, recalling, and ruminating on the Word of God.

           Indeed, change comes in our lives when the Word renews our minds. And mind renewal only comes when, by the Spirit, the Word is constantly informing, correcting, and changing the way we think and live. And that only comes as we meditate on God’s Word.

3. Talk about the Word of God

           Storing the word in our heart means we will talk about the word with others. Indeed, one of the ways we see the value of  storing the Word in our heart is when we bring the word into conversation, prayer, decision-making, and moments of crisis.

           Therefore, we should look for ways to speak, write, or   proclaim the Word of God in every and all situations: As Psalm 119:43 and 46 recount the way lovers of God talk about the Word.

                       ⁴³And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth,

for my hope is in your rules.

                       ⁴⁶I will also speak of your testimonies before kings

and shall not be put to shame...

           Few things strengthen our faith or solidify our understanding like putting the word in our mouth and speaking it to others. Certainly, this speaking the word is not a call to vocational ministry.

But it is the vocation of all witnesses (Acts 1:8) to fill themselves with the Word in order to share with others.

           Accordingly, when we share with others, it has the powerful effect of increasing joy in our hearts (1 John 1:4).

4. Go to the Place(s) Where God’s Word is Faithfully Spoken and/or Taught

           Great reward is given to those who seek the Lord. In Proverbs 2:1–7 we learn the value of seeking wisdom like treasure. Likewise Psalm 25:14 says that the secrets of the Lord (or the friendship of the Lord) is for those who fear God. Indeed, because fear of the Lord includes sitting at God’s feet, learning his word—the Word is even called the “fear of the Lord” in Psalm 19:9—we learn that to experience the fullness of joy, we must abide in his presence (Psalm 16:11).

           We should seek the places where God’s word is faithfully taught. As Psalm 119:45, 94 state,

                       ⁴⁵and I shall walk in a wide place, for I have sought your precepts.

           ⁹⁴I am yours; save me, for I have sought your precepts.

           The key verb in these two verses is “seek/sought.” Indeed,  laziness will not be rewarded with spiritual fullness. But those who seek first Christ, His Kingdom, His righteousness, and His Word, there is a genuine and abiding sense of satisfaction in the Lord.

5. Obey the Word of God

           The Bible is not theoretical in its wisdom, and accordingly many truths are not learned without obedience. In fact, some truths are only learned in the midst of hard-fought, faith-motivated obedience. As Psalm 119:59, 60, 67 remind us,

                       ⁵⁹When I think on my ways, I turn my feet to your testimonies;

                       ⁶⁰I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments.

                       ⁶⁷Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I keep your word.

           As Jesus’ own faithfulness to God teaches us (see Hebrews 12:2), joy comes on the other side of obedience. This is what it means to carry the cross—doing what God’s Word commands, enduring hardship, and even putting the pleasures of sin to death, because we believe that obedience to God is the path to lasting joy.

           In this way, a key point of Scripture intake moves beyond head knowledge to heart obedience. And in this we taste and see the  goodness of God and the faithfulness and wisdom of God’s Word.

6. Set Aside Time to Read the Bible and Pray

           Finally, fullness in the Lord will be difficult unless you dedicate time to listen, read, and study the Word of God. In Psalm 119 we see how the Psalmist sets aside time morning and night in order to feed on God’s Word (Psalm 55:17).

                       ⁵⁵I remember your name in the night, O Lord, and keep your law.

                       ⁶²At midnight I rise to praise you, because of your righteous rules.

                       ¹⁴⁷I rise before dawn and cry for help; I hope in your words.

           ¹⁴⁸My eyes are awake before the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promise.

                       ¹⁶⁴ Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous rules.

           Just as our physical bodies are fed and kept healthy by a diet of the good foods that we eat, so is our spiritual kept nourished and vibrant and trained by the constant filling and encouraging from the Word of God.   

Potassium Iodate For Today!

Remnant, in light of once-again, recent world-events, we wanted to share this INFORMATIVE and NEEDED article regarding the facts and such regarding potassium iodate.

CNN recently reported that between Russia’s ongoing conflict with the Ukraine, as well as the possibility of accidental radiation releases, the demand for potassium iodate is surging greater and greater. 

         Do NOT be destroyed by a lack of knowledge...

As a child I knew this as “the Nuke Medicine.” I grew up in Northern California and north of us was the nuclear plant Hanford, a nuclear plant that was established in 1943 and has had numerous problems. 

Government documents have confirmed that Hanford’s operations

have released significant amounts of radioactive materials into the air and the Columbia River. When I left home, I left with my box of “Nuke Pills.” About ten years later, I asked my dad to help me replace them, for I believed they may be getting old, which he gladly did. I stored them away in a cool dark place and felt a little more secure. This was near the time of the Y2K (which was a needed little reminder for me.) God tells us, “Blessed are those slaves whom the master will find on alert when he comes,” and, “Be dressed in readiness, and keep your lamps lit.” This certainly applies spiritually and physically. 

         My grandmother was alert, my father and mother were alert, I need to be also and teach my children. Just musing here, but the verse in the same chapter of Luke says, “I have come to cast fire upon the earth; and how I wish it were already kindled!” In light of the discoveries on the site of Sodom and Gomorrah, I find this very interesting.

Years later, as I continued my research and learning, I realized that my “Nuke Pills,” were potassium iodate and that it was potassium iodate, not potassium iodide, because the shelf life is much greater for the iodate. In my         research, I realized that the iodine had been removed from the American diet and a misleading and extremely inefficient supplement had been slipped in, iodized salt. At the same time bromine was added. Iodine used to be added to commercial bread until it was replaced with bromide in the late 1960’s.

         Bromides are a common endocrine disruptor. If you are like most people, you probably haven’t spent much time thinking about how much bromine you’re absorbing from your car upholstery or your soda pop. Bromine    toxicity is a definite danger from some surprising sources, and it can wreak havoc on your health. You are already exposed to far too much chlorine and bromine. Bromine can be found in a number of places in your everyday world, including: pesticides, specifically methyl bromide, used mainly on strawberries, predominantly in California, soft drinks, citrus-flavored sodas, in the form of brominated vegetable oils, (BVOs) and plastics, like those used to make computers. Bakery goods and some flours often contain a “dough conditioner” called potassium bromate.

When you ingest or absorb bromine as found in baked goods, plastics, soft drinks, medications, pesticides and more, it displaces iodine. This iodine deficiency leads to an increased risk for cancer of the breast, thyroid gland, ovary and prostate cancers that we see at alarmingly high rates today. Iodine actually induces apoptosis as well, meaning it causes cancer cells to self-destruct. The biggest factor is that it is blocking iodine from the thyroid, which is where 60% of the iodine in the human body is found. The fact that thyroid diseases has skyrocketed also made me look hard at this subject.

         When the Fukushima nuclear disaster happened, the government totally stripped America’s supply of potassium iodate. Working at a health food store at the time, we couldn’t get it at all. Another thing I noticed as peculiar; the government recommendation that was a print-out from the internet that I had stuck in my box of nuke pills was no longer on the internet. In it’s place was a warning, “Do not take without Doctor’s supervision.” The government dosage             

recommendations were removed. I searched hard, knowing that I had read it there but it was gone! There was also a great amount of ‘reassurance’ on the internet that America was in no danger from this disaster. The raw milk from the Spokane, Washington area became unavailable for quite a

while because of the 

levels of radiation. 

Were the government 

reports misleading?

         I would like to share one more thing about potassium iodate that I was blessed to learn. A lady I know had been on the thyroid medication, Synthroid, for years. She told me she had grown up in the Chicago area and had drank fluoridated water and eaten white bread all her life, destroying her thyroid. She became concerned after moving to our area, as they felt led to change their lifestyle and move into a more preparedness way of living. Given that she was dependent on the medication, she began researching supplements and came across a thyroid flush protocol. She talked to her Doctor, who was less than enthusiastic, but cooperative. She told me she took a teaspoon of celtic salt in 8 ounces of warm water first thing every morning and a high dose of potassium iodate daily. In her case this took about three months as she continuously reduced her medication. She is no longer on medication and makes sure she supplies the nutrients to her body for a healthy thyroid. She did extensive research, she says she mostly based her protocol on information she found in Weston A.          Iodine is an incredibly important nutrient in our    

bodies. 40% of the world’s population is at high risk for   

iodine deficiency. That doesn’t put most of us in a very good starting point if we need to protect ourselves and our families in the event of nuclear fall-out.

         Potassium iodate is taken in the case of nuclear fallout to fill up and flush the thyroid, so as to prevent the uptake of dangerous radioactive fallout that may cause issues such as cancer in the future. Youth and infants are at highest risk of developing cancer or thyroid issues from radiation poisoning, with the lowest risk of developing them being in those over the age of forty.

       * Newborns from birth to 1 month of age should be given 16 mg (¼ of a 65 mg tablet or ¼ mL of solution). This dose is for both nursing and non-nursing newborn infants.

         *Infants and children between 1 month and 3 years of age should take 32 mg (½ of a 65 mg tablet OR ½ mL of solution). This dose is for both nursing and non-nursing   infants and children.

         *Children between 3 and 18 years of age should take 65 mg (one 65 mg tablet OR 1 mL of solution). Children who are adult size (greater than or equal to 150 pounds) should take the full adult dose, regardless of their age.

         *Adults should take 130 mg (one 130 mg tablet OR two 65 mg tablets OR two mL of solution).

         *Women who are breastfeeding should take the adult dose of 130 mg.

         These dosages are the CDC recommended amount in case of exposure to radiation or nuclear fallout. A single dose suffices to fill the thyroid for twenty four hours and reduce the chances of absorbing radioactive fallout and is usually all that is needed to protect the thyroid gland. Avoid repeat dosing for pregnant or breastfeeding women and infants. In some cases people may be exposed to radioactive fallout for more than 24 hours and in that scenario it may be recommended to take the dose of potassium iodide every 24 hours for a few days.
