Mat Gutshow and Matthew Dufek are members of Humana's United Way Charity Subcommittee. They work to determine what  the needs are for the community by partnering with Brown County United Way. Each year, they work with HR, executive leaders, IT and various other groups to pull together a Giving Campaign along with special events where all donations are sent directly to United Way. This brings in well over $150,000 each year. In addition, they also lead and plan special events such as a 5k, caramel apple sales, basket raffles, coin collection and auctions to collect additional donations. The amount of money raised from these special events along with the Giving Campaign brings in more than $250,000 for United Way!

Mat and Matthew have also helped collect over 200 blankets for the United Way blanket drive, which made Humana the largest contributor for blankets two years in a row. Whether it's a diaper drive, designing costumes or creating fun and new ways to give back to the community, these two individuals are always the leading force behind a strong subcommittee!
