Volunteer of the Week
|
Curative Connections is an organization that has families and individuals connect with them when someone is in need of compassionate and supportive care due to aging, dementia, brain injury or other disabilities. For the past 2 years, they have had June DeNoble volunteering for them every Monday for 3-4 hours. June is a secretarial volunteer and she helps to organize paperwork, does direct mailing, and greets individuals as they enter the building.
June has made it possible for more projects to be completed due to her hard work ethic. She is well known in the agency and only breaks the copy machine once in a while. (Laughs) Although her impact may seem small, she is constantly helping the agency to be more productive.
June always has a smile on her face as well as a great spirit and is always willing to do more than what is asked of her. She helps to keep the office neat and organized and Curative Connection would like to thank her for everything she does to help them out.

A behind the scenes tour of the ReStore is also available to those who attend.
