Nathalie Neree has been a Volunteer Young Life Leader for over 5 years, and she puts in an average of 10 hours per week in addition to her role as an Associate Principal at Green Bay West High School. Young Life works with middle and high school students across the Greater Green Bay area and they look to create pathways for adults to connect with students and speak into their lives.

Nathalie logs many hours with kids and listens to their stories and learns what is important to them because she genuinely cares about their joys, triumphs, heartaches and setbacks. The students that have had the luxury of getting to know Nathalie have benefited by her listening to them and then sharing her own life story with them so they can know that she can identify with their stories. Both young men and women have been impacted by her speaking at Young Life Club Events. She is able to link her job as the Associate Principal by day to sharing her experiences at night as a volunteer with the kids. This makes her a better Principal and volunteer.

Nathalie is a driven and organized person. She always helps keep the group of volunteers focused on their purpose both through encouragement and through providing direction in planning meetings, etc.

Nathalie is a difference maker in our community when it comes to loving and connecting with young people. Her 5 years of consistently sharing her life with the kids, speaks volumes. She is faithful, consistent, and caring.

Young Life Green Bay is thankful for what you do and your willingness to lead kids in our community!
