St. Norbert College Michels Hall Service Program was started in 1999 with the focus being that the students living in this Hall, commit to individually completing at least 30 hours of individual service during the academic year.
The students provide direct service to our community members, primarily working with children in after school programs. Acting as positive role models, the Michels Hall Service Program participants support, encourage, and inspire youth in the local Green Bay area to develop communication and teamwork skills. They have worked with local youth to be role models and examples of what it means to be a college student.
The impact they have made has not only been on our community, but on themselves as well. They are being challenged to develop as active citizens while supporting others to grow with them. With their smiles, positive attitudes, and enthusiasm to service, they are making a difference in the organizations they serve.
St. Norbert College is proud of all of the students who participate in this program and thank you for making a difference in someone's life.
