Amy Jo Larsen has been
volunteering her time and resources teaching Junior Achievement at schools throughout Northeast Wisconsin for the past three years. Through this program, she teaches youth at local public schools necessary job and personal skills for their success in their future education and job market.
Amy Jo also currently serves as a board member on the executive board and financial board for Family and Childcare Resources of Northeast Wisconsin. Family and Childcare Resources is an area nonprofit agency that works to empower parents, childcare providers and the public as an advocate for strengthening families and helping children succeed.
After her son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2009, Amy Jo spent time and resources to support JDRF-The Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund. Her team, Got Insulin, received a bronze, silver and Golden Sneaker Award in past fundraising years.
Thank you, Amy Jo, for your hard work and commitment to the community!
