About the VRP Program

The VRP Program information and all the associated links and forms can be found on our website here.

License renewal changes

The license renewal process has undergone some changes due to the Department of Health moving to the new Healthcare Enforcement and Licensing Management System (HELMS). The VRP Program offers free licenses renewals to providers who only use their license to volunteer. VRP Program renewals go through a different process. The VRP Program renewal online form can be found here or you can download the PDF version here.

2025/2026 malpractice insurance certificates

The VRP Program malpractice policy certificates auto-renewed in July. If you haven't received your updated certificate, you may request one anytime here.
