Volunteer at the Vista Strawberry Festival

Since 2009 we've been bringing you the Vista Strawberry Festival but it would not be possible without the help of our volunteers!

Our volunteers make everything run smoothly and we need hundreds of people for tasks that range from helping sell merch at the Vista Chamber booth, to supporting the 5K run the morning of the festival, and even being Berry itself!

Become a Vista Strawberry Festival volunteer! Each year 250 of our best friends help us stage San Diego’s most Berry event!

Volunteer opportunities are available from the early morning to the early evening.

Are you interested in volunteering only for the Strawberry Run in the morning? We need people to help with packet pick up, course guides, handing out medals, and more! Volunteer in the morning and enjoy the festival the rest of the day!

Additional Information:

Volunteer opportunities are available all day! From 5:00am to 6:00pm for clean up.
We can sign off volunteer forms for students that need to complete community service hours.
Volunteer with your friends! To make volunteering even more rewarding, you can bring your friends and volunteer together.
Interested in being our Berry mascot and bringing smiles to our attendees? Let us know! Berry is a celebrity at the Festival and people love interacting and taking pictures.
All volunteers receive a free volunteer t-shirt.
Volunteers younger than 18 will need to have a parent/guardian sign their volunteer form.
