Complete your profile in our new volunteer management system so we have your most recent information. Make sure to check the box allowing us to send upcoming shift reminders and other text messages to you directly from the system. Uploading a photo of yourself is optional but highly encouraged.
Practice scheduling yourself for jobs and shifts so you can see how the system works. Important: No "live" shifts are available in the system yet - they are all for dates prior to the super pantry opening. You may get email and/or text message reminders for these "practice" shifts, BUT DON'T SHOW UP FOR ANY OF THEM!! We'll be adding live shifts soon and will let you know when they are available
The new system is powered by VolunteerLocal. Please download the VolunteerLocal app on your smartphone by searching for "VolunteerLocal" in the App Store (iOS/Apple) or Google Play (Android). If you are reading this on your phone now, simply use the buttons below. Downloading and using the app is optional but will make signing up and viewing your shifts much easier if you plan to do this on your phone. Of course, you can also access the full web-based platform on your phone if you prefer.
Based on your feedback, we may adjust how the system works. For the moment, we will use this platform for staffing the super pantry only, not for jobs at Terrace Place.
