Vote Actively Family,
Have you voted yet? If your answer is “NO,” what are you waiting for??? I am counting on YOU to vote early and to vote for Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness!
Remember, the last day to vote early is tomorrow, Friday, November 1, 2024!
Here’s everything you need to know to make your vote count:
Conservative Voting Guide
Although we don’t have a conservative election guide available in other languages, REMEMBER that in Texas, all Republican candidates are listed first on the ballot! Simply vote for every Republican, and skip the Democrats if they’re running unopposed.
What to Bring
Texas law requires voters to present a photo ID. Here are the acceptable forms:
• Texas driver’s license (issued by DPS)
• Texas election ID certificate
• Texas personal ID card
• Texas handgun license
• U.S. military ID with photo
• U.S. citizenship certificate with photo
• U.S. passport (book or card)
Important Voting Tips
Make sure you’re in line by 7 pm to be eligible to vote. If you see any issues, remember to contact the judge at your polling location. Take notes and record the time you arrive to ensure your voting rights are protected.
Proper Attire for Voting:
When heading to the polls, remember that polling places have rules against wearing clothing, hats, or other items that display political messages, candidate names, or party affiliations. To avoid any issues, opt for neutral attire without campaign slogans or logos. Dress comfortably, as lines may be long, and be prepared for the weather. You cannot wear campaign slogans, but there are no rules against wearing a GARBAGE BAG!

Support Dan Simons for Harris County District Attorney!
Dan Simons needs your help to make a strong final push! Here’s how you can get involved:
Electioneering on Election Day
Help show support for Dan by going to your nearest polling location, holding up his campaign signs, and encouraging people to vote for him! Your presence makes a difference and helps voters recognize a candidate who’s committed to the community.
Sign Placement
We need volunteers to put up two signs at each of the 700 Election Day voting sites across Harris County. It’s a big task, but with everyone’s help, we can reach every location and maximize Dan’s visibility.
Volunteer Coordinator
If you’re able to help, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Andy Blitzer, at volunteer@dan4da.com. Every bit of support counts, so join us in making an impact!
Let’s rally together to support Dan Simons for District Attorney and make a positive difference in our community!
Thank you to all the volunteers and supporters who are working tirelessly to help make this a successful election season. Let’s keep Texas RED and show up strong at the polls!
