Vote in the Florida
Primary Elections Tomorrow

Dear FSMS Member,

Tomorrow, Tuesday, August 28th, is Primary Election Day in Florida. As you know, the FSMS Board of Directors voted unanimously in May to endorse Adam Putnam, the current Commissioner of Agriculture.

There is not a more succinct way to state it: Commissioner Putnam is the best candidate to benefit the surveying and mapping community. Since 2010, he has overseen the regulation of our profession within the Department of Agriculture. He has an in-depth knowledge of our profession and respects the value of our services to the growth and future of Florida.

Over the past 8 years, Putnam has been both a friend and staunch supporter of our profession and our Society. There has never been a greater opportunity for FSMS to stand behind and support a better candidate for Governor. His election would mean a great deal to our profession.

FSMS encourages all of our members to exercise their right as a citizen of the United States and vote tomorrow!
