Voter’s Meeting of June 21, 2020:
For Voting on the Budget for July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As a result of the coronavirus, as you know, most of us have had to cut back our activities. However, we do need to vote on a budget for the upcoming fiscal year which begins on July 1, 2020.
Because of the pandemic, we are seeking to allow as many voters as possible to participate in the
voter’s meeting which is taking place this next Sunday, JUNE 21 at 10:15 am.
We will have a meeting in the sanctuary where the budget will be presented.
To help you make an informed vote, we are sending out three documents. You can download these by hitting the links below. The first is the proposed budget. The second is the vision statement to let you know how these budget monies would be used for ministry. The third is the formal letter that was sent by mail to all the members who are voting via the US Postal Service. As voter, we ask you to look over these documents and please cast your vote.
