Update on Avon housing programs



"The Town of Avon has exhausted funds for both the Mi Casa Avon and Good Deeds Avon (30% partnership program) for 2025. Both programs will continue in 2026 with the new budget year. The Town is very pleased with the number of locals who have purchased homes in Avon as a result of these buy-down programs.


The Eagle County Good Deeds program is still active and has available funds for the 5% resident occupied or 15% price capped deed restriction buy-down program, available anywhere in Eagle County. We look forward to working with you in 2026!
