At the beginning of the month you should have received your Proxy Designation Form. Members with a valid email on record with REC received instructions to vote online. Another option is to complete and mail in your Proxy Designation Form when it arrived by U.S. Mail.

Completing and returning your Proxy Designation Form, or participating in the remote Annual Meeting on Aug. 9, is how you democratically participate in your cooperative's leadership. All member-owners can vote for all three Board openings, no matter where they reside.
