Well, this is awkward.
I have made a promise to flex my vulnerability muscle more. It feels like having agreed to run naked through Grand Central Station during the afternoon rush hour back when people took trains to get places. If it had been a flash mob event, it would have been easier. My bareness would have been among in all the other bodies and wouldn't have seemed so exposed.
Alas, it is not so, but that is, of course, the whole point; to be in that naked/alone space with integrity. That is the real test.
You will find the vulnerability theme permeating this week's MICRO FICTION. METHOD WRITING went the other way into an open discussion with God from walking a mile in Umberto Eco's shoes. And then, I am proud to be featuring two of Martin Ladekarl's poems in the WHAT I AM READING section.
Bon Appetit!
