Last month we asked what everyone's favorite holiday movie was, and the results are in. Elf took the lead with 31.5%! Second place was National Lampoons Christmas Vacation (25.3%), followed by Home Alone (24.7%). Last but not least was The Polar Express with 18.5%. Stay tuned for the results of the season survey next month!
245D Policy and Form Updates
245D waivered programs have undergone several changes in forms and policies. The document below details those changes. Please reach out to your program specialist if you have any questions.
ARRM Calls on Legislators to Pass Caregivers Stabilization Act
ARRM is a non-profit association that MRCI partners with. They advocate for the advancement of home and community based services that support people living with disabilities.

The Caregivers Stabilization Act calls for increased wages for to support caregivers, in the hopes to combat the workforce crisis in disability services.

2023 Training Schedule
Each year MRCI is required to assign training to all workers under the 245D programs of Individualized Home Supports (IHS) formerly known as Personal Supports, Respite, and now Homemaker. Below is the calendar of when the training will be assigned. 

Training is assigned in the beginning of the month and is due by the last day of the month. If your worker does not complete the training they will be temporarily suspended and not able to clock in or out through the app, or be paid for the time worked until complete.
