Bio: Dr. Maccoby is a globally recognized expert on leadership who for 40 years has advised global executives in businesses, governments, unions, universities, and nonprofit organizations in 36 countries. He is president of the Maccoby Group, a Washington, DC-based leadership consulting firm. He has a BA and PhD from Harvard University, where he directed the Program on Technology, Public Policy, and Human Development for 20 years.
