While not all World Affairs Councils are membership organizations, many have found sustaining value in the opportunities generated by and for members. In some cases, a well-considered membership model can generate substantial revenue and grow the reach and impact of the organization. Join Council leaders from across the country on Thursday, August 18, at 3 p.m. Eastern time as they share what experience has taught them about membership structures and benefits and their best tips for optimizing membership revenue.
This session will feature Council leaderships from World Affairs Council of Charlotte, World Affairs Council of Jacksonville, and Global Santa Fe.

Colorado Springs World Affairs Council has returned to in-person events!
Who has the best chicken wings in town? This is a very popular question amongst visitors, newcomers, and long-time locals alike! Best of the West Wing Fest will be an "all-day affair" featuring entertainment highlighting local diversity through live music, clean comedians, and more. Throughout the day, local restaurants will compete for your vote to win the title of the "Best Wing in the West."
This year, The Colorado Springs World Affairs Council and the Colorado Children's Chorale have been named the nonprofit beneficiaries of this event. So come enjoy live entertainment, eat some free wings, and support these organizations!
