WANDA ANITA GREEN –

HERO OF 911

Today we honor my first cousin Wanda Anita Green, Senior flight attendant on United Flight 93. Wanda was one of the first African-American flight attendants for United Airlines serving 29 years. Wanda, the passengers, and her flight crew fought the terrorists who hijacked their flight on 9/11. Wanda a beautiful twin was on the eve of her retirement to become a real-estate agent. My family will never forget her courage and celebrate our love for her each year.
