A graduate at the Institute of AMTA in Jakarta, (Restaurat and Hotellery), Adi has worked his way in different hotels in Java for more than 6 years. Curious and inventive, Adi travelled all around Indonesia to learn and discover the immense diversity of the local gastronomy. He is also inspired by encounters with chefs and cooks from around the world to develop new dishes. He is also an active member of the Indonesian Chefs Association ( ICA).

It was in 2012 that Adi joined our crew as assistant Chef. His talent and inspirations has so delighted our guests and crew, that in less than a year he was handed the golden pan to the kitchen of WAOW. Since 5 years now, he has contributed largely to the success of WAOW offering a variety of local indonesian and occidental cuisine always rich in taste and inspiringly presented. The presentations of Service at the plate for lunches and dinners allows him to express his passion for culinary art: a patty of grilled bonito on lemon butter and its steamed vegetables, a Nasi Campur Balinese style (enriched chicken coconut hushed up in banana leaves); tenderloin steak with vigneronne sauce and Gratin Dauphinois; Sate Lilit (Spiced Grilled Wahoo), and that's to mention just a few. 

A gluten-free diet? A vegetarian menu? A particular food allergy? Adi can easily propose a line of dishes that can satisfy your culinary needs.

Adi also awaits a joyous moment to come February 2018. Boy or Girl, the suspense remains. One thing is certain: his child will definitely be spoiled to taste a large variety of dishes from here or there, cooked with love.
