WARNING

Letters are being sent to landlords by unscrupulous lawyers, tenant associations, and activists. Demands of up to $60,000 to clean units are accompanied by menacing but vague legal references. We attended Thursday night's six hour meeting, only to hear the Pasadena Rental Housing Board continuing to show very little concern for housing providers. 

If you receive such an unfounded demand, please reach out to your city council member and seek guidance on your actual responsibilities. A current directory is below.

Please join many Pasadena Housing Providers' members on Wed, Feb 19 at the Mayor's "State of the City". The festivities begin at 5 PM and the Mayor will give his address at 6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity for housing providers to meet the mayor, council members and city staff in person and discuss the challenging issues we face. Hope to see you there!
