EQUAL POSITION, PAY, AND POWER FOR ALL BUSINESSWOMEN
DECEMBER 2022

Happy Holidays and end of 2022!

WBC continues its call for Action for Impact as we close out the year. In 2022 the WBC grew to include more than 75 Corporate Sponsors, 75 Partner Organizations, 500 Champions, and 17 Board Members! This year we chose the theme, Action for Impact and could not have found a better way to jumpstart 2022. The work we have been able to accomplish and the glass ceilings we have been able to help shatter in 2022 alone have proven we can truly drive impact faster together. From ringing the bell at the NYSE to our Rethinking and Accelerating Diversity and Women's Leadership in Business forum to our annual Action for Impact Summit, WBC continues to accelerate the movement of equal pay, position, and power.

We thank our Board, Sponsors, Partners, Champions and team who make the WBC movement possible - the only movement for women in business. In March, WBC rang the bell with our partners and board members at the New York Stock Exchange. Momentum continued as we powered through the year with major events like the Rethinking and Accelerating Diversity and Women’s Leadership in Business Forum, WBC Action for Impact Summit, and the Modern Leadership Roundtable where we met in person and discussed corporate governance, DEI and corporate purpose.

The work didn’t stop there. WBC has hosted 45 LinkedIn Lives with WBC Sponsors, Partners and Champions; 17 Webinars, showcased over 200 of our leaders at speakers across our large events and published four groundbreaking reports reports! From the Women CEOs report, Women in the Boardroom to our Women & The C-Suite: Pathways to Success white paper, we also released the Women Corporate Tech Executives report, to provide data, analysis and insights to drive actions and change the business landscape.

Action for Impact will always be ingrained in the foundation of WBC. There is no choice but to build in the power of diversity and build on inclusivity and corporate purpose. With all that we have accomplished this year, WBC will grow the movement and collaboration and deepen the impact. It has been a pleasure to share our journey with you, we encourage you to join us as we continue to seek and achieve immediate and long-term results around improving the status and impact of all women in business.

Have a wonderful holiday season and looking forward to accelerating change in 2023! We are truly #fastertogether for equal position, pay and power for all women in business. We look forward to seeing all champions, partners, and sponsors in the new year, starting with our All Partner Kick-Off on January 23rd!
