The WICT Network
is a non-profit organization whose mission is simple, to create women leaders who transform the media, entertainment, and technology industries. With 24 chapters (including chapters in Latin America and the UK), The WICT Network is known for its leadership development programs, powerful stance on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and original research through the PAR Initiative which measures workplace DEI.

The WICT Network - Greater Philadelphia is the largest of the chapters with over 1100 active members.  We would love to further pursue our mission by connecting with local women-owned businesses who serve the media, entertainment, and technology industries. Throughout the year, we offer many opportunities for networking, professional development, educational programming, mentoring, and community involvement.  We are rapidly expanding the network of companies that our members can be introduced/exposed to, and continue to support women in the Philly area.
