Balancing the Small Business Landscape

So, when the number of small business owners declined by 20.2% between April 2019 and April 2020, the impact was significant. The highest declines were experienced by Black-owned enterprises - 37.6%. With the pandemic ramping up, the hardest hit were still Black small business owners.
