If you are in these non-traditional spaces and find yourself always the only woman in a meeting room, this session is for you! We will have an engaging discussion on sharing experiences, challenges, success and strategies on breaking through the barriers.

Join the City of Philadelphia for an upcoming information session for Philadelphia business owners to learn more about complying with Philadelphia’s plastic bag ban and protecting our city’s environment.

At these sessions, City staff will provide you with:

  • An overview of Philadelphia’s plastic bag ban legislation and why the City is banning plastic bags

  • Information on what bags are banned and what bags are allowed under the ban

  • Important dates for businesses

  • An opportunity to ask questions and participate in a discussion about how your business can navigate through this transition
