Our 'Good Times with WBEC-East' event that was held last Wednesday had a robust turnout and was full of beautiful masks, mardi gras beads, jambalaya recipes, networking, and most importantly, good times!

WBENC Listens
WBENC is partnering with the Regional Partner Organizations (RPOs) this year and each will host a WBENC Listens session in the coming months. RPOs will bring regional highlights including such things as engaging their local forums and sharing news of upcoming events, programs and other opportunities.

This is a great way to engage the entire network and there will be time set aside at each session to hear directly from our WBEs, so get ready to bring your questions and shares!
Two of our WBES have made it to the final round of the WBENCPitch: Sustainability competition! Congratulations are in order for Ajiri Tea Company & Construkt!

Watch the Final Round of this exciting WBENCPitch competition June 30, 2-4pm ET. Eleven participants deliver a four-minute pitch and participate in a Q&A with the judges. The WBE with the BEST sustainability pitch will receive $20K to invest in her business. The runner up will receive a $10K grant.
