The Latest News at WBLRA
Due to rising prices associated with inflation, we had to increase a few of our rates starting March 2023. Thanks to the finance committee for finding minor ways to balance our budget without causing a significant financial increase to members. Here are the fees being affected:

  • Late fees for over-due assessments will now be $31.00 (previously $21.00)
  • All credit card transactions will include an additional 3% service fee
  • Nightly fees for the campground will increase by $5.00

Again, these increases will not begin until March 1, 2023. If you have any questions about the budget, please let us know at [email protected].
R2A Update: The Lincoln Twp Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing regarding R2A for Tuesday, February 14 at 7pm. This is an opportunity for members to voice their support or opposition for removal of WBLRA's R2A designation. Efforts are being made to provide an online option for public comment available to those unable to physically attend (please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates about this). If you feel strongly for or against WBLRA's R2A zoning, this hearing is a chance to communicate to the Planning Commission directly. To view the latest updates from the Planning Commission about R2A, you can check out their meeting minutes here.
