The Latest News at WBLRA
R2A Update: A motion was passed at the February Lincoln Twp Planning Commission meeting to defer any decisions about the removal of R2A until after the Township's Master Plan is completed. Because of this, the issue of R2A will likely not be revisited until mid-2024. We'll try to keep you in the loop regarding any updates or changes. If you have questions about the situation relating to R2A, please let us know at [email protected].
Don't Forget, Assessment Fees were Due March 1st! Any assessments not paid by April 1st will incur a $31.00 late fee. Also, remember that there is a 3% service fee if you pay by credit card. There's still time to pop a check in the mail if you haven't yet! If you have any questions, please email Lisa or call her at 989-588-7169.
The Proposed C&R Changes are Being Reviewed by WBRLA's Attorney: Once the board has received word that the changes are legally sound, the C&R Committee will be hosting town hall information events. This will give members a chance to learn about the changes being proposed, and an opportunity to ask questions. We will provide those town hall dates as soon as they are scheduled (we hope to provide in-person and online opportunities).
Campers! You Can Apply for Your Lincoln Twp Camping Permit Right Now: Remember, the permit is a requirement per Lincoln Township ordinance. If you completed an application last year and you plan to place your camper in the same configuration as before, you may write "No Changes from 2022" in place of the site map drawing. You can download the application here.
