There's still a handful of campers left on vacant lots. Believe it or not, WBLRA is one of the few areas in the entire state that allows camping on vacant lots for an entire season. That's why it's so important that we follow not only our C&Rs, but also the township ordinances so we never risk losing this unique opportunity. If you have yet to do so, please remove campers, utility trailers, boats, and camping accessories off of your lot asap to maintain your member in good standing status and avoid fines from the township. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know at wblrainfodesk@gmail.com.

WB Campground Changes for Winter: The dumpsters at the campground have been removed for the season, and the campground bath house is also closed until next spring. A porta john is available for campers until the bath house reopens next year.

R2A Update: At the November meeting, the WB Board of Directors voted to email a letter to the Lincoln Twp Planning Commission stating our desire to maintain WBLRA's R2A zoning designation. You can read the letter here. The Planning Commission will not be making a final decision on whether they will recommend the removal of R2A to the Lincoln Twp Board until a public hearing can be held. This hearing will allow members of the public to provide their input in support of, or in opposition to, the removal of R2A. This hearing has not yet been scheduled, but we will let you know as soon as a date has been established (likely in January or February).

We Would Love to See Your Lot Numbers! While not required, we would love it if you will consider posting the lot number at your property so we can better know who is who. Many members post their lot number on fun signs identifying their properties, and with Christmas right around the corner, it's a great gift idea! (Of course, lot numbers don't have to be fancy - they can be as simple as reflective number stickers from the hardware store). Again, this is not a requirement; just an attempt to help us find one another more easily.

Have you Checked Out the WBLRA Nature Trail? You might not realize that WBLRA has a beautiful nature trail for members to enjoy. Located on the right as you enter the campground, the nature trail is almost a mile long and a great place to walk and unwind. You can check out some pictures here. Thank you to the campground committee for their work on this fantastic little treasure!
