WCA Published Poems
For the 7th year in a row WCA students have been accepted to have their poems published! Thirteen students were chosen this year to be published in the Creative Communications April 2022 book which will come out in September!

Kindergarten Graduation
Congratulations to you and your students on this academic accomplishment. We are so proud of our Kindergarten students.

Here are the details for the graduation ceremonies on May 24:
  • Students should wear appropriate free dress day attire.
  • Please drop students off at the Kindergarten doors 15 minutes prior to your start time, students will go directly to their homeroom classroom.
  • 8:00am Mrs. Woods drop off student @ 7:45am
  • 9:00am Mrs. Winning drop off student @ 8:45am
  • 10:00am Mrs. Savic drop off students @ 9:45am
  • 11:00am Mrs. Grunder drop off students @ 10:45am
  • 12:00pm Mrs. Garcia drop off students @ 11:45am
  • Guests of students must enter the school through the gym doors after dropping off their students. (Gym doors are next to the Kindergarten doors)
  • Immediately following the graduation ceremony please take your student with you and exit through the gym doors so the next ceremony can start promptly.

*Parking at Plum Creek Church is encouraged.
*No tickets are required for this event, we have unlimited seating.
*Please don't forget your camera for this major milestone!

The end of the school year is coming quickly. Please find all those checked out Library books; look at home, in your backpack, in your locker and in your car. Please return the books to the green bin outside the library. The class who has the highest percentage of books returned will win popsicles with Mrs. R. 
Books can no longer be checked out.
Community Summer Events
Join the Douglas County Libraries for a magical summer of reading, exciting activities, prizes, and giveaways. 900 minutes of reading is suggested as a worthy goal, but if this challenge is not right for you or your family, feel free to create your own challenge! You can increase or decrease the number of minutes or set a goal for the number of books or pages you want to read. Just read and have fun while you do it! Register Here
