Virtual Back to School Night
Our back to school night is Virtual this year. We are excited to share with you what our wonderful staff has prepared for the year. Virtual Back to School Night Link. The Virtual Back to School Night will be live at 4pm.

School Drop off and Pick up
Morning: As a reminder, it is recommended that you pull into drop off line between 7:45am and 7:55am. The school day begins promptly 8:00am. Walk-up is also open from Plum Creek Church. Please walk your student from the church parking lot to the school.
Afternoon: It is recommended you arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. If parking at Plum Creek Church, please walk down to get your student. Don't forget to bring your carpool number.
Thank you for efforts to ensure your students are on time in the morning and picked up on time in the afternoon. We appreciate our parents.

Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences
Virtual parent-teacher conferences for grades K-8 are scheduled on Friday, September 18. Please watch your email for a sign-up genius from your student's teacher(s) on Tuesday, September 8th.

Picture Day
In person students will have their individual pictures taken during school hours on September 23rd. This is a formal uniform day.
Remote students will have an optional scheduled time for each family to come in for individual pictures. The pictures will be taken on September 23rd. Formal uniforms are highly recommended for remote students.

Language Immersion Program
We are excited to head into our 2nd year of our Language Immersion Program. We offer immersion for students in Mandarin History, French, and Spanish. There is no cost to participate in language immersion.
Days: Monday-Friday beginning the first day of school Hours: 7:20am-8:00am Open to: Students in Grades 5-8 with a minimum of three years of instruction in the target language Academic Credit: Participation will be noted on the student transcript Grading: Students will be graded Pass/Fail.
