Investing in Hope for Warren County Youth

Together with the Mary Ann Klingling Trust Fund, the Warren County Foundation is investing in hope, stability, and opportunity for at-risk youth throughout Warren County by supporting the nonprofit organizations that make a lasting difference in their lives.

Heavenward Farm and Horsemanship and Camp Joy are recipients of 2026 grants from the Mary Ann Klingling Trust Fund, helping expand programs that provide healing, encouragement, confidence, and life-changing experiences for the young people they serve.

Heavenward Farm and Horsemanship

"We thank the Warren County Foundation for awarding us this grant through the Mary Ann Klingling Trust. It will allow us to serve 25 families with our H.AP.P.EN.IN.G.S. Equine-assisted Therapy program, giving Hope and a Future to over 100 individuals. By enhancing their emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental health and well-being, we will strive to keep these at-risk youths in their homes and avoid traumatic and costly residential placements or Court involvement."

-Carole Bower, M.A., LPCC-S, Executive Director

Camp Joy

"Because of your investment, Camp Joy is able to cover essential program expenses for underserved youth participating in our outdoor camp experiences, including program delivery and supplies, meals, and overnight lodging. Your Support ensures that financial barriers do not prevent young people from accessing high-quality, experience-based learning in a safe and welcoming environment."
