One of the most common nuisance wildlife problems is the raccoon. It's always hungry, has a high reproduction rate, and is incredibly strong and dexterous. No small wonder they are classified with the bear family! This is a formidable foe to the property owner.

Raccoon Eviction
Time to Move!
|
Raccoon Eviction Fluid is a natural by-product of male raccoon. The male becomes a predator to female raccoons during the birthing period. After placing the Eviction Fluid in a den area the female senses danger to her young and will move to a new location.
Use on a rag or tennis ball. Soak approximately 1/2 ounce of the liquid into the rag or ball and toss into the area where the female raccoon is denning. May need to be repeated more than once. Typically works in 24 to 36 hours.
Vanish Raccoon Eviction Paste works in the same way as Eviction Fluid and has the consistency of a thick, chunky paste. It has been formulated to stand up well in all weather conditions. Easy to handle, it will stay where it is placed. Best when used with a recoverable applicator such as a tennis ball or rag. The 4 oz. jar is enough for approximately 6 - 10 jobs.
Eviction Fluid or Vanish are excellent choices, especially when faced with inaccessible areas. Learn More

The Coontroller™ by WCS
|
Our very own "strong enough to handle raccoon" One Way Door Excluder. Don't be fooled by the name! The Coontroller is a well designed tool for removing not only raccoons but also skunks, armadillos, feral cats and groundhogs! It's constructed of 14 gauge, 1 x 1 inch mesh, with a solid 22 gauge steel frame. The unique cam locking double one-way door feature keeps the raccoon from re-entering the structure. This excluder also has three solid removable flanges to help with mounting. It installs easily over a chimney, den hole, under decking, at the foundation or at the opening by a vent or louver.

Raccoon in Chimney?
Trap Then Cap
|

The No-See-Um Chimney Trap is a convenient, time saving tool. This durable and effective trap fits down any standard 9 x 13 or 13 x 13 inch flue. It's fast and easy to install. The trap itself is 9W x 5H x 42L and comes with a flag that's visible until the trap closes. So no climbing ladders until you've caught your raccoon. This trap will also catch the babies - allowing pups to go in but not come out. Mom is sure to follow. Have the homeowner call when they no longer see the flag.
Once the raccoons are caught and relocated, cap that chimney to prevent future raccoons, squirrels or birds from entering. The following products from HY-C will do the trick! Click the images below to view on our website.
