A Message from WCU in Philadelphia Counselor, Dr. Kristin Shelesky
I would like to extend my congratulations to all of the WCU Philadelphia graduates and to all students for your successes this semester! Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to WCU in the fall and wanted to express my gratitude to the students, staff, faculty, colleagues, and administrators with whom I have had the great pleasure to work in the past few years. I appreciate you and wish you all the best!
Thank you, Kristin Shelesky
Information about continuing counseling services for the fall will be provided by the counseling center soon.
The online stress and depression questionnaire site distributed last month and associated communication with the counseling center will not be accessible during the summer months. The online questionnaire and support communications through the counseling center will resume on August 27
th. Counseling services are available at the West Chester campus during the summer, are free for students enrolled in the concurrent summer class, and are a one-time $20 fee for students not enrolled in summer classes. Please see additional, off-campus resources on the
counseling center section of wcupa.edu/philly under current students.
The WCU in Philadelphia community would like to thank Kristin for her support, dedication, and positive impact on the mental health of our students.
She will be missed!
